It’s not tricky and you aren’t having to guess unlike stripe it’s very user friendly and self explanatory. No need to stress or worry if your funds will be put on hold from payments or your account being locked due to too any abnormal payment being made. Give these guys a try their customer service is quick and on point. You won’t be disappointed with this platform. We appreciate how simple the platform is and has really been so much better than what we were using prior.

Easy instructions

What a terrible company. I have printed 20,000+ checks with them and there is a new issue causing an irrelevant popup and the page to not refresh. They told me to try another browser, which I did, and they saw it. They said it was my fault because I wasnt paying attention to the screen. Avoid these guys at all costs.

They say it's because they internally switch banking partners, and they said it'd be back in 1 day. It's been a week so far, and I still didn't get my money back :(

Absolutely terrible experience with Online CHECKWRITER. I created an account in August 2024 as I had to send some paper checks while out of the country. They charged my credit card the initial $30 for having credits for the cost of printing. OK, that is fine. I used them just once for a check. About 6 months later I asked them to close the account and refund me the rest of the money $27.75 since I moved abroad and no longer needed their services. They said they would, 2 months later nothing, no refund, account still there. SO I call them and some very rude person is telling me per policy they can only refund within 3 months of opening, this is radiculous as I still needed the service first 3 months. So essentially they said they have no way of refunding. BUT they are in business of checks and online payments!!!!! So why can't they send me a check or refund or put back this amout in my wallet so I would write myself a check (minus their stupid fee)...Sorry but taking people's money like this seems like stealing to me... SO can some brave soul from ONLINE CHECKWRITER contact me and help me with this ????

I requested the service to be canceled back in July 2022, and the agent via Live Chat said that they will cancel my plan and I won't get charged anymore. Now I discovered that they continued to charge my credit card and I paid over $300 for the 2 years of service that supposed to be canceled back in July 2022.
Future clients BEWARE! They will likely store your credit card information and won't cancel your plan even they told you they did!

1600 positive reviews? Do yourself a favor and look at some of the descriptions. I doubt these are real authentic reviews. Here is my experience:

I had to make an urgent payment but was travelling and not close to a post office. I researched various services that offered fast check printing, but they were all tied to using a service like Quick Books which I do not have. I found Online Check Writer and was fooled by the number of positive reviews.

- You are charged an initial signup fee of $30. That sounded ok to me.

- I entered the two checks that I needed to send and asked it to be sent out. I paid $11.99 per check for USPS priority mail. That all seemed fair.

- What happened next was confusing. They required me to send in a paper copy of my checking account statement and drivers license. This sounded very strange, and something that scammers would ask for

- What really pushed me over was that I got a call from somebody with an Indian accent so thick that I wasn't able to understand him asking me for those documents. I asked him to have somebody else call me. That call was marginally better, but I also said that I was not comfortable sending the documents in.

- I tried to delete the checks, but was not able due to an error message. I assumed since I hadn't sent in the documents required for approval, I did not have to take another action.

- Despite that, two days later I was notified that the check was issued anyway. By that time, I had already made my payment with a credit card, so a duplicate payment would have been sent. I called right away, since the check had not been mailed, but was told that it was not possible to stop mailing the check.

- After that, the only recourse I had was to pay $18.95 per check for intercepting them via USPS. I hope that the intercept will work so I am not charged twice.

- The absolute worst came when for the intercept request, I needed to find out the original delivery address, and used the "print" function, which I assumed was just providing me with a copy of the mailed check. Instead, I was charged an additional $30 without my knowledge, which I only found out by calling their support who told me that "printing" would actually be charged to my account. There was no warning, and the "automatically refill" option in my account was disabled.

- Their support then scolded me for not using the "view" function, which was on the very rightmost edge of the menu, which however was not visible since there was no scrollbar.

- They refunded the $30 for the recharge, but kept the fees for a printed check.

The bottom line - this service is not faster than any of the free services offered by your bank.

I would this is incredibly easy for anyone. You can get your job done easily. Specially the interface and website orientation is very easy for anyone to understand the process. I would highly recommend this.

User-friendly interface. I only use this to write my checks now. You don't need to be a rocket scientist to figure out how to use this website. I appreciate it for its simplicity.

sent checks to multiple vendors that were never received. the first time, the check was reversed after several days, and I was able to get it sent back out. The second check they did reverse after several days, but this time charged a $20 fee for something, I am not really certain what the service charge was for, but it did prevent me from sending the new check out, as it is now short for the full amount of the invoice. Customer service made no effort to assist except to tell me that they could not move the funds from the "Credits" to the "Wallet", could not add money via credit card for another week as they are doing some sort of maintenance (on the first week of the month) that does not allow the credit cards to be used, and could not do anything to assist me further and dismissed me completely. Now, we have $1500 tied up in their "Wallet" that we cannot use because of their service charge and unwillingness to allow us to replace the $20, and we are unable to pay rent for *last* month after the check was never received in the first place. We have sent 4 checks in total through this service and 2 of them were not received by the vendors.

I connected to this platform, bought a subscription for $525 and waited for the services from this list to be activated, they withdrew money and did not connect the services for the subscription for 1 year, when I asked to return the money they did not answer, these are scammers, be careful

Worst ever! We can barely understand the customer service. They keep asking for documents of identification but it never works and your account never gets fully approved. It's a complete hassle. I am starting to believe this is a scam.
