Zunächst möchten wir betonen, dass die Sicherheit unserer Gäste für uns oberste Priorität hat und die Entscheidung, die Seilbahn aufgrund des schlechten Wetters abzusagen, ausschließlich aus diesem Grund getroffen wurde.

Wir entschuldigen uns aufrichtig dafür, dass Sie dadurch Ihre Zeit in Antalya nicht wie geplant verbringen konnten und Ihren letzten Urlaubstag beeinträchtigt haben. Es tut uns leid, dass wir Ihre Erwartungen nicht erfüllen konnten.

Zu Ihrer Sicherheit konnten wir die Seilbahn jedoch nicht nutzen und haben Ihnen aus diesem Grund die Seilbahngebühr während der Tour zurückerstattet.
