Only been on the site for a week or so cannot yet give it a 5 star review.
Easy to use, and to upload images. Cannot complain about the price as extremely minimal. What i would like to see is: i've upload to New Media and as that is what i think mine should be. Now i think there are 9 pages to this section, mine are at 8-9. What would be good if the page refreshes allowing me and other people to get their items higher up the page (one day my items are on page 1 or 2 next day or so could be back at 8-9). I found people cannot be bothered to keep scrolling through pages etc...,
And a translator app as sellers are worldwide.

Thanks Jeff for your review! In two weeks we will launch a new design with cool new features! Translation app is a good idea and we will implement this as soon as possible. The order of work is for every visitor randomly shown and the order is hold for 24 hours. After 24 hours you will see a new order of artworks.
My experience of working the Online Gallery
The gallery is comfortable for use. Using is simple. There are auctions. All this is very comfortable and not expensive. Although I didn't sell yet any artwork. But I think it is because I didn't make enough effort.

I found the site ok to upload my paintings. I had a bit of trouble with details of my address. It would not take my actual address and kept returning me to the page. I could not find the information I had saved. This happened several times until I allowed the Google address which is actually incorrect.

Dear Travor, thanks for your kind review! The website generator tool is a cool function for someone whom also want to have a personal website. This link can be shared in your biography on your social media. It also gives a bit more professional look. We also see a lot of visitors clicking on the website link of artists because they prefer to do business directly with the artists. We offer the same with your account on Online Gallery but not all visitors know exactly how we work. But if it is to expensive for you at the moment I would not advise to activate your personal website.

Happily New to Online Gallery!
I have just started my pages on OnlineGallery, but am making progress and look forward to the many options available with the Premium membership. I plan to try the Series next, to group topics together. The site is easy to use, though I did have to respond to a Newsletter email in order to "talk" to someone about a question I did not see answered in FAQs. It's just a learning process. I am excited to be in an "international market" hopefully!!! (I am in US) Shipping costs are unpredictable, so I am now including them in my sale price, which seems simple. Thank you for your good design and ease in setting this up myself. Really fun!!!!

Thanks for your review. It is possible to set the starting price the same as the minimum price. In this way you as artist will receive the information about the buyer automatically. We are bounded by Dutch law that we can not sent information about someone that has placed not a winning bid to the seller. We do however sent an automated email where we tell the bidder that the minimum price is not reached and that he/she could contact the artists directly about the artwork.

Your gallery is based on a very convenient and user-friendly website platform. It’s very easy to fill profile credentials and upload and present the pictures.

Had a basic account with OnlineGallery.Art and wanted to switch to Premium. Scheduled a telephone call with them (Vincent) about it.
When we talked Vincent had already checked out my profile and gave me some susefull tips about it. All my questions answered.

Non è bene il pagamento automatico per il profilo "PREMIUM" - E' un abuso.
Il sito è adatto per i residenti in Olanda e non per gli artisti residenti nel resto dell'Europa. Non si comprende se le aste vengono aggiudicate perchè ci sono poche visite alle opere. Mistero ! Potrebbe essere un buon sito ma non sono soddisfatto. Ciao

buongiorno, grazie mille per la tua recensione. cosa intendi per pagamento automatico e che questo è un abuso? il nostro focus è internazionale, vorrei sentire punti di miglioramento su come possiamo abbinare meglio la piattaforma alle tue esigenze. esamineremo come possiamo rendere l'asta più chiara. l'opera d'arte stessa mostra la frequenza con cui l'opera è stata vista.
devi disattivare il tuo account o annullare tu stesso l'abbonamento se non desideri che i soldi vengano addebitati sul tuo account.
