Good service. Delivered the kitchen on the date promised. Very pleased with the units quality and finish. Units are solidly built, though a couple of glue points were loose. Would recommend this company.

Onlinekitchenstore's clear website helped me to find the exact cupboard I wanted and they made it very quickly for me to collect from their premises. Delighted!

Only needed a few cupboards, but unlike diy-kitchens.com, there is no minimum spend. Also much more choice and great quality. More detailed size information would help on some of the products on the web site.

I chose Online Kitchen Store as I was researching Kitchens, and looked at the usual suppliers (Howdens, Ikea etc.) and also the online guys DIY Kitchens etc.

I came across Online Kitchen Store. I found that the quality of the units - carcasses, doors etc. were better with OKS than most of the others, and their comms and responses to my initial enquiries were better than DIY. So I went with them.

Their design service was great, you get a dedicated designer who communicates really well (Holly for me), and is happy to adjust the design for you. The quality of their design software was much better than the online version by DIY. You pay £99 for it, but then they refund that when you order. Its worth it!

We actually visited their showroom near Milton Keynes to see the units in real life, but there is no need really as the units are great quality - our builder thinks its "bespoke" :) and we haven't corrected him.

We ordered a kitchen and utility and the price was better than Howdens, and a LOT better than a local Kitchen place. For example the price from OKS for units only was £3k better than Howdens with their "discount".

Then when it came to the actual fitting (by our builder) and support they were excellent. We had the odd door that had a mark on it through transit - OKS (Olly) would be straight on it and get replacements sent over. The pocket door mechanisms are tricky to fit (Hafele), but again Olly was excellent with linking us up with their support and helping to resolve any issues.

Summary - excellent quality units, excellent design service, excellent customer support, and excellent price. Thanks Olly and Holly!

It was easy to order the replacement parts we needed ( due to dog damage!) just waiting for them to be ready for collection as we live nearby and delivery isn’t necessary.

Extremely efficient and competitive company. Cannot fault them. I asked for some extra items when the kitchen was being fitted.No trouble at all.

I needed help to replace some kitchen doors. The company was very helpful and the costs are competitive

I wanted an extra double unit to our existing kitchen. What I got from Online Kitchen Store was perfect colour match, quick turnaround and saved about £600 compared to the original installer's quote.

What I got was what I ordered, well made,sturdy & delivered on time.

Base curved end door units 300x300mm. Identified an item being advertised on their website for £80.30, requested a quotation for x6 to include delivery etc. Director "Olly Martin" returned a £1,742.98 quote.
We entered into a debate about the cost difference and below is his emailed response (now saved for legal reasons).
“Yeah, supplies 30,000 kitchens and you go on the handful of idiot's who leave a negative review, well done!!"
Total lack of "Director intelligence"
Genuine customer with a quotation as stated and available upon request. Can also supply email trail which confirms all the above is factual.

As always very helpful service and staff I use them regularly and the quality is amazing.

We needed a few extra bits and pieces to finish our kitchen . Olly was very helpful and responsive in providing them as quickly as possible.

Our builders said these guys were very competitive on price.

Emailed in unit number and kitchen style. I asked for a rough quote £4400.

Arranged a visit. felt the showroom guy was just not in a helpful chatty mood.

I paid for a plan although we already had plans.

Got the plan and price came out of £12,000 and this was just for units.

Went to Croydon Granite and Howdens in the end.
Full Kitchen, fancy work top and appliances and didn't pay over £12,000.

22nd Sep 2020 I sent in a plan we had from another company to you via email (Thus not needing plan) & also a screen grab from Instagram of the Kitchen we wanted that was posted on your Instagram. So not to mix up the facts. You knew what we wanted!
We don’t have a option for sky lights- so that’s not correct. (So that’s extremely embarrassing).
Also spent 20mins with Jason( have photos in car pre and post appointment prove that, isn’t technically great!).
Pack of lies as a response & I’m sorry that you felt the need to do this.
I may share a full vlog if challenged? Emails, times dates photo.
It’s 2 stars because I feel you promote your service for plans that i feel is just not necessary & gains extra cash. That’s fine if that’s how you run your business. Your quote was for the same kitchen we enquired about when contacting you 22/9/20 and was way off.
We can all quote chronically but is it a fact? I have the receipts and can share if challenged. It’s 2 stars because of the service. Accept or challenge me, I have all the time in the world for people that fabricate the truth.
Also I read the negative reviews before I booked this company and thought I trust this company because of its detailed response. Turns out they don’t tell the truth. I want to add a number of positive reviews on here have reviewed this company twice! As a real honest reviewer I can say that would never happen and multiple times too! Click on these reviews it’s quite funny. They never reviewed because but felt so strong about online kitchens they had to write 2 reviews?! (Laughable).
I am a real honest reviews with the public at the heart of what I do.
If your company invoices 10 people like myself a day for this service that would total £20,000 a month!
