I love everything about Online Labels! HUGE selection, FAST shipping, and just all around great company to use for my labels. I've been buying labels for my business from Online Labels for over 7 years!

I have always had a great experience with OL in regards to prompt shipping and prompt delivery I enjoy shopping with OL I just wish there was a better way to check the tracking of my order instead of going back to my email every time

I ordered a set of labels for coffee bags, and chose OnlineLabels based on my research looking for the best combination of price and quality.

I selected the labels that I thought would be best for my coffee bags, ending up with #830972v1. Upon receipt, I noticed that the print quality was good, but the label I selected was much thinner than expected and would not work for my coffee bags.

I contacted OnlineLabels, and they immediately responded by sending me a few samples, and then sent a reprint on new labels based on my selection. All at no additional cost to me. Their service was above and beyond what I would have expected - a true surprise and delight. Highly recommended!

I ordered labels with my logo on it and I got a roll of blank stickers….im furious!!

I had some issues with the artwork process...I pretty much gave up, Then a Very Nice, Very Professional Rep from the Company phoned me and all is resolved ! I highly respect a Company that makes the extra effort to make things right ! Thank You for reaching out!

Massive choice if superb quality labels, amazing service and speedy delivery. Aswell as asimple and easy to use design and self print software package. I can't promote online labels enough.

Although Online labels provides decent labels, their price increases every single time you visit their site.
Despite what you think you know a bout tariffs, nobody
else is doing this in the wholesale market. You have not seen one shred of news about a shortage of paper in years! There is nothing to warrant this flagrant price gouging. Shame on them!

I made a massive order to Online Labels to help launch my candle making business after it was recommended by some friends. I am extremely happy with some of the labels. They all printed super crisp and clear, but the color was not consistent. Some labels the color printed perfectly and others it was way darker than I designed. Also, there was a white scuff on one label of each of the several dozen sheets that I ordered. I contacted customer service, and they were very nice, and replaced all of the scuffed labels and sent me several extra to make up for it. However, they would not replace the labels where the color was wonky, saying that they can't guarantee perfect color matching. This was a very big letdown, being that some of the labels were so off-color I couldn't use them and I just had to order them from another company. So I would say that Online Labels is a great place to order labels if color isn't super important, but you may want to go a different route if you are trying to keep color consistent.

Tip for anyone who is labeling alcohol-based products: if the container leaks at all, the alcohol will completely erase the ink from the sheet label. I learned the hard way :) The roll labels are far higher quality than the sheet labels, so if a 100-order minimum is not a problem, get roll labels! Alcohol will not erase the ink from the weatherproof BOPP labels. The color was also perfectly consistent in the roll labels, unlike the sheet labels. In the future, I will probably just bite the bullet and order 100 of all my labels so I can have these higher quality ones :)

I have not received my labels. I guess I should have read the reviews before I did business with you. The labels were supposed to be delivered on the 1st of May, but because of some "post office mix up" , I would receive it by 9:00pm on the 2nd. Well, it's 9:17pm and I yet have not received them. After tonight, I'll have no use for them and will return them. I am so disappointed 😞.

Great company

Usually, we receive orders from OL in a couple of days. Unfortunately, this order took a full week and our customer may not need them at that point. I gave a 4 based on this order and considering orders in the past which have been very good.

Easy to place the order or reorder and items arrived the following day.

Responsive. Accurate. They get the job done quickly and they have a great customer service department backing them up. Highly recommend recommended.

They worked with me to get my labels completed. I honestly didn’t know what to expect. The labels are nicely made. Shipping times were great. Thank you Online Labels. I look forward to working with you in the near future.

Our labels were exactly what we wanted, and the shipping was fair and fast! We saved so much more on these than on any other main brand of label templates. Thank you! Will order again. :)

They make it easy to design your own labels.

I do not understand why you do not ship blind on custom label, but on stock labels.
If you shipped to a customer, and they see it is from you, they may decide to go direct to you and cut out the middleman.
I deal with other very label printing companies that always ship blind if I ask.

Once again my order hasn't been shipped when advised.

Item in stock ordered at 12pm March 18th, with the promise "Quick Turnaround Time, Place your order before 16:00 GMT and your in-stock items will dispatch the same business day."

Yet here I am still checking my order on 23rd March that's been "Ready to Despatch" for 4 days now.

Shocking, lying service yet again.
