Oh no! We're really sorry to read this — and we completely understand your frustration. You were expecting that delicious mild spicy lamb sausage, and instead ended up with two packs of chicken. That’s not on, and we totally hold our hands up for the mix-up!

While the invoice was correct, it’s clear the packing team slipped up — and that’s something we’re already addressing internally. We’ve spoken to the team to make sure more care is taken so this doesn’t happen again, especially with items like sausages where flavours really matter!

We’d love to fix this for you — whether that’s sending out the correct lamb sausages right away, or offering you a refund, it’s completely your choice. Just drop us a quick message and we’ll sort it out without delay.
