The food quality is always excellent and through personal experience the guys are quick to sort out any mistakes that they make and quick to help when you make a mistake. I will continue to recommend OMS to my friends and family.

Excellent customer service
Have ordered several times from the online meat shop. Good quality meat. Prices are reasonable and quick delivery. Had an issue with a delivery being delayed on this occasion (delivery company issue not the online meat shop). I contacted them and they sorted the issue straightaway. Was very impressed by their service to customers.

The meat ordered wasn't to standard as the wings ordered wasn't clean, had it to feed it to the dog, no point returning bad experience this time.

My first purchase experience didn't meet my expectations but I've contacted the customer service and explained my complain regarding the parcel afterwards everything have been sorted. For the next time , may be I'll give them 5 stars.
