Very Very unprofessional
Very Very unprofessional. If you make an appointment with them and do not get back to them promptly when they have a query, they will cancel your appointment quickly. My appointment was at 1:30 PM eastern time and I had just made the appointment a couple hours earlier. They emailed me with a query. I didn't see their email until 1:09 PM when a reasonable person would check back to see the update at which time I was already cancelled. I'm overseas and this is 1:09 AM for me so yea that is a big deal. They make appointments about 2 hours later so 3:30 AM is the next time. I sent them an email begging them not to cancel my appointment. Bottom line, if you want a reliable company, choose someone else. Unprofessional and no compassion.

Be Careful
Pros: Inexpensive, and easy to make appointments.
Cons: Seemed unprofessional (In my case, notary made a mistake. Then we had to redo the session and another mistake was made by the second notary. They do not have to read the document, just witness you signing it.
Another negative was the software system they are using. It glitches and kicks users off the video chat, then forces you to verify ID before getting back on. It also does not allow you to see live editing of your document—which is why I believe mistakes were made in my case.
Finally, I should have asked before, but my underwriters did not even approve of this RON company. Be sure to ask who they would approve of before spending your money. I was very disappointed. I thought an honest review would be more valuable than demanding a refund.
