Loved using Onloan - very responsive customer service, beautiful and versatile range and so easy to use!

Addicted to onloan - thought I’d take out a subscription for a couple of months to tide me through some specific occasions but here I am months later struggling to envisage the day when I’ll want to stop receiving such beautifully packed bundles through my letter box each month. Customer service is brilliant - like Amazon prime but more human!

Brilliant responsive service and amazing clothes! Actually received compliments from strangers! Sustainable way to feel amazing with new to you beautiful clothes.

The service was perfect, very seamless, clothes arrived in like new condition, easy to return process. Everyone complimented me on my clothes which was so nice! I would highly recommend ONLOAN. Also response from their team was quick and helpful.

Amazing clothes and service, every time! I'm on my 9th set of rentals with Onloan now. This team and company do somersaults for their customers. They're absolutely incredible, there's nothing better than getting to mix up your wardrobe every month.

Love Onloan! Love the concept, love the customer service and LOVE being able to wear such jazzy, quality pieces I’d not typically be able to afford. Wear them to death for a month then return in exchange for another selection of jazzy outfits! It’s honestly transformed the experience of getting dressed and made working from home so much more fun. On the days I do go into the office I am ALWAYS complimented on my Onloan piece. Give it a go, I think you’ll love it.

Tamsin was great! She not only helped me exchange an item that was too large, she also helpfully recommended some brands that would be appropriate (I am in between sizes) and even picked out an outfit that she thought would match my taste.

Great customer service. Loans arrived super-quickly and so easy to return. Very quick response when I had an issue with my account and was sorted very quickly.

This has transformed the way I feel about owning clothes. This way I get to experiment, play and have fun with some gorgeous pieces, from well curated conscious designers and luxury brands. Super quick service. The New wardrobe staple!!!

I rented four size 16 tops and I’m really pleased with all four. Each one is in perfect condition and arrived smelling amazing - they could honestly have been brand new. Loved the reusable packaging everything arrived in! But it was no less special a delivery for that - each item was packed in tissue within to give you that special gift unboxing feel. Big fan of this service so far! They could be a bit more size inclusive and stock a few more 16s and above. There are far fewer items in size 16 stocked than any other size and nothing bigger but that’s literally my only criticism.

I am returning my items as both cardigans are too big and the wool is pilled/rubbed as appear to have been well worn.

First time using Onloan and really impressed by the selection. Delivery was really quick and I have already worn both items 😍😍😍. A great way to try new styles.

I'm a huge fan of OnLoan! In a pre-COVID world, their service was great for kitting me out with different outfits for work presentations without bankrupting myself and out-growing limited storage space. During the endless lockdowns in which we now find ourselves, OnLoan deliveries brighten up the monotony - and their tops look great on video calls, too. :)

Such an amazing service - would recommend whole heartedly. So flexible and simple, with endless options. There are even options for all trimesters throughout pregnancy and then breast feeding. The team are always there to help and suggest ideas.

Onloan is amazing! I started using them as a way to try new styles and refresh my wardrobe without buying lots of new items. The clothes are amazing, they always arrive in perfect condition and the customer service is fab! Would really recommend to anyone who enjoys fashion and new clothes but is conscious of the environmental impact of buying lots of new things.

I love this company so much and can't recommend them highly enough.

I love fashion but am increasingly aware of its environmental impact. By using Onloan I feel less guilt about this. They feature a lot of brands I either wasn't familiar with before, or had never considered engaging with as they were out of my prince range.

Now I am able to experiment with fashion and try new looks and hot trends (some of which I was unaware of) all for a really reasonable monthly fee.

The service is also so friendly and efficient - emails are responded to really quickly and whenever I needed to exchange an item of clothing because it didn't fit, the exchanges were always turned around really quickly and without question.
