Conditions d'achat d'un produit (en pub sur Facebook) non claires, n'annonçant pas l'abonnement. Lors 1er achat, produit au prix excessif et taille reçue non correspondante. Le nom n'apparaît pas en première intention et je n'en ai pris connaissance qu'à la réception du mail de confirmation de l'achat et donc de mon abonnement. Ressenti très médiocre de la fiabilité du site. J'ai dû à deux reprises faire opposition sur ma CB. Très déçue.

Beautiful experience

I signed up to this site by accident or should I say without knowing I will be charged. However when money got deducted out of my account to be honest I wasn’t happy budget was tight and the only money I have to feed my kids till the next pay week. Therefore I asked for it to be refunded back. I am struggling as it is day by day and then hit you with a massive deduction cause of the currency is a huge loss for me and my kids. But in a good I am glad to hear the wonderful escalation team have reached out and advised refund will be processed even though it’s not part of the process. Thank you it’s like a huge weight being lifted off my shoulder hearing about my refund. Thank you nothing bad about the product everything looks amazing just took me by surprise when that happened.
