This people debited my account twice for something i never agreed to but only returned one payment, they now telling me in order to get the remaining refund i must rate them 4-5 star and write a nice review, Hell No! They can keep my money which they took without my concern.

I have had quickly respond in a question that i made. I met professional behavior and finally i solve my difficulty.

My daughter was inadvertently directed to the onlyjustshoes website and charged €46 for a subscription she did not want. She is so upset; despite several emails and attempts to get her money back (within days of taking out the subscription) she has had nothing. The icing on the cake was the email asking for feedback on the site's customer service.
