Slow delivery and no communication

The shipping wait was ridiculous. About 3 weeks for headphones. There is no reason that it sjpild talk 3 weeks for headphones. I also have not had any contact with this company after i reached out to het the tracking information.

De vrai voleurs et vendeurs de commentaires.
On m'a proposé 10€ pour supprimer un commentaire négatif !!

Ils vendent, encaissent mais quand le colis est perdu personne ne répond et nous renvois la faute en disant qu on a peut être pas donné la bonne adresse...
Et se dégagent ainsi de toute responsabilités...

Trouble with online purchase.

Had problems buying online but a quick call to Onogo had them checking the problem out straight away. They even called me back to say sorry and I could now purchase online.

Awful

When you order to them, via Amazon, items are shipped from UK, and the terms and conditions explain that their prices include UK VAT. But when you ask for an invoice, they ignore you, and they invent excuses, like they "do not find the order", or that "the items are shipped from a country outside the EU".

Very prompt and excellent service …

Very prompt and excellent customer service. I ordered Samsung earphones and it got lost in the mail after a month. After writing to them enquiring about the mail and tracking, they immediately rectified the situation by sending a replacement. I received the replacement within 2 weeks. Most excellent company.

Web site did not work

Web site did not work. After several attempts l had to place order by phone which was a two part procedure but was successful.
My web site account may have been the problem

Top marks for customer service!

I have been buying from Decrescent for a while, and always found their service excellent. Now this company is called Onogo. I had a small issue with trying to order online, and sent a request for help. I was amazed how quickly I received a reply. Top marks for customer service
