Very bad delivery I bought bicycle tube delivery will take about 45 days.
I placed the order on July 22, 2018 Sunday and tried to cancel the order immediately after knowing the delivery period. The company replied cannot cancel the order as it is shipped. !!!!!!
can you believe they shipped it after 5min of placing the order.

Onogo was the only company that had the exact item that I required. Arrived promptly.

I ordered cat calm plug ins and was delighted with the prompt service - so I ordered the refills. Fast and efficient! I will continue to order through
Onogo I am so pleased with their service.

Gekauft wurde von mir eine Zahnschutzcreme im Wert von 17,67€ über Amazon (Marketplace).
Rechts neben dem Preis stand der Hinweis "Gratis Lieferung innerhalb Deutschlands".
Auf der Rechnung wurde zusätzlich zum Produktpreis eine Expresslieferung in Höhe von 34,95€ ausgewiesen. Eine Solche wurde von mir nicht ausgewählt.
Bei Lieferung durch DHL musste ich zusätzlich eine Zollgebühr in Höhe von 24,90€ entrichten.
Nach Reklamation und Rücksendung und Diskussion u.a. mit Amazon wurde mir der Produktpreis und die Kosten für die Expresslieferung erstattet. Die Zollgebühren bekam ich bisher nicht wieder erstattet. Auch Amazon sieht hier keinen Handlungsbedarf.

Nie wieder! Schlechte Qualität. Kundenorientierung ist dort ein Fremdwort. Wahrscheinlich handelt es sich um, als Original verkaufte, Billigakkus.
Damit konfrontiert versucht man mich auf die 6 Monate seit Kauf zu verweisen.
Dann soll ich den Produzenten kontaktieren.
Auf nochmalige Nachfragen wird dann gar nicht mehr reagiert.
Also - Finger weg!!! Es gibt genügend seriöse und kundenfreundliche Händler mit guter Ware.

I can't claim rude conduct, because I can't be bothered to chase my £18. I bought a 'new' original Samsung battery for my 4-year-old SM-P600 tablet. The battery arrived in a Jiffy Pak with no stiffening or surface protection. It was bent and had to be somewhat straightened (LiPo batteries have some tolerance of bending), after which I was only just able to fit it. It was original Samsung product, but turned out to be anything but 'new'. It began as taking full charge, but with LESS capacity than my original 4-year-old battery. Two weeks later, it only takes 64% charge. Blame Samsung Service for the market in which Onogo can sell batteries taken from old machines as 'new'. Samsung will not sell a battery and will only replace one after holding your tablet prisoner until they ship one from Korea, not making promises about your data. Samsung even tried to pressure me to replace my 'motherboard'. Found a vendor of an after-market battery manufacturer. Wish me luck!

Good product,great price and free delivery, highly recommended, will use again.

I was quite pleased from the start to the finish in receiving my order. When ordering the product that I had wanted, the selection was more then expected. I had received my order in excellent condition and in reasonable time of 10 days. I wish to extend sincere gratitude to the staff and company for a job well done. I would certainly order further products through Onogo.

Very easy ordering on website and fast delivery. I ordered the incorrect product and sent an email to ask if I could exchange the product this was answered very quickly and Onogo replied and sent the replacement out straight away. A fantastic company with great customer service.

1st time I’ve purchased from Onogo, very impressed with how easy it was to place my order and how quickly it arrived (before the estimated delivery date)

Tepe brushes are what both of us use. It is often difficult to get all the various brush sizes but Onogo has them all and they provide god value pricing and a reliable delivery service. Excellent.

Wir warten seit 3 wochen auf eine lieferung von elektroteil. nix!!! versand ist nicht zu kontrollieren, lieferung müsste längst hier sein. deutsche post und jersey-islands scheinen bei onogo am anderen ende der welt zu sein, wir wären aber jetzt schon selbst da, sogar mit dem fahrrad. incroyable mais vrai! plus jamais!

excellent delivery service and very low prices

Akku für Handy bestellt bei amazon, warte seit 2 Wochen, nix! Habe 3 mails an onogo geschickt, über amazon, um nach der Lieferung und Versandart zu fragen. 0 Antwort!!! 0 Kundenservice!!! Warte immer noch wie ein Idiot, weiss noch nicht mal ob es per Post oder Lieferservice kommt, und ob es in einem normalen Briefumschlag ist, der einfach in den Briefkasten passt. NIE WIEDER! KUNDENVERARSCHE!
