J'ai acheté un sac à dos vtt camelback chez eux via amazon... le colis venait de Jersey ... il est d'abord resté 15 jours en douane, le jour de sa libération par celle-ci il a été envoyé chez moi, il a été présenté 5 minutes après suivant leur time code !!! .. ce qui est impossible physiquement (j'habite dans le sud de la Belgique ) et en plus j'étais là ! Et pas d'avis de passage évidemment ! Le colis a été renvoyé à Jersey le jour même 2 heures plus tard !
Leur service après-vente fait la sourde oreille pour donner une explication crédible mais accepte le remboursement avec les frais de livraison. Je ne trouve pas cette expérience très rassurante ... heureusement que l'achat était via amazon à mon avis. Et au final, je doute que le colis est un jour existé !

Sicherlich der seltsamstes Kauf ever. Nachdem der Artikel einfach nicht ankommt, frage ich nach dem konkreten Lieferdatum und bekomme statt einer Antwort mein Geld zurückgezahlt. Zumindest als email. Wo der Artikel ist, bleibt unklar. Ob er noch kommt auch. Ich denke mal sollte sehr gut darüber nachdenken, ob man hier bestellen möchte.

Bought some bike bits from their Amazon store, good price and next day delivery. When I found them online and ordered more stuff from them direct it turned out to be a nightmare. Nothing recieved or heard after 10 days so I emailed and and asked for a refund which they said they had done. Can't see why it takes milliseconds to take money fom your credit card and days or weeks to refund it. Order status only seems to have one word 'processing'. Still waiting for the refund several days later. They're more trouble than any saving on price is worth.

Will never buy from this company again! The worst customer service ever! Don´t buy if you´re based in Spain!

Ordered ‘Youth’ goggles via Amazon. When they arrived they were suitable for a toddler so clearly not for a youth. Got a returns label via Amazon and posted them back. Still waiting for the refund 3 weeks later, despite contacting them. Do not order from them.

This is the second time I have used Onogo, and my item (Lintbells 'Itchy Dog' supplement) came within 3 days of purchase, even although it was estimated to be up to 5 days. It was also a great price with free delivery-would use them again!

Hola, soy un comprados español. Con fecha 1 de septiembre de 2021 realicé un pedido en Amazon de un artículo fabricado en Alemania, valorado en 19.70 euros, y suministrado a través de Onogo, empresa radicada en Jersey (GB). He tenido que tramitarlo como una importación.
Si Amazon me hubiera advertido que el domicilio fiscal de la empresa suministradora era un paraíso fiscal extracomunitario no lo hubiera adquirido.
Ha pasado un mes y todavía no sé cuando lo recibiré.

Horrible customer service. Amazon purchase completed through onogo. Items lost (apparently) and stated could not resend as items no longer available - yet items still available for purchase on the same site!!!. Offer refund, still hasn’t arrived to date and have been handed off and told to deal with Amazon as they handle refunds. If you have a problem they do not and will not engage and just send repeated pre populated email replies. Stay away, well away.

Awful! Do not trust! I ordered two Tommy Tippee medium flow teats with Onogo through Amazon thinking it would be a fast delivery. Delivery kept getting 'delayed' eventually, after about four weeks, product just never arrived. I emailed them through Amazon, no response. I went to view the product and it had been removed. If you're wondering, I just ended up going down to the pharmacy and getting the teats. My baby girl couldn't wait a month.

Ich rate zur äussersten Vorsicht. Die werben mit günstigen Preisen und keine Versandkosten. Das ist jedoch eine Mogelpackung.
Wer über Amazon dort bestellt hat Zoll und Einfuhrumsatzsteuer zu entrichten weil der Versand aus dem Land des Brexit erfolgt. Das wird mit keiner Silbe erwähnt. Im Gegenteil, der Anbieter nennt sich noch ONOGO DE um in arglistiger, betrügerischer Weise einen Sitz in Deutschland vor zu täuschen. Das sind ganz miese Gauner !

Have ordered plantur shampoo from Onogo a few times and still amazed at how quickly I receive it. Brilliant company!

Batterie présentée comme d'origine Samsung n'a que la moitié de la capacité annoncée. Vu le délai de retour gratuit expiré chez Amazon, Onogo refuse d'intervenir et me renvoie vers le fabriquant sans en donner les coordonnées. Donc pas de garantie produit par Onogo

Akku für älteres Samsung Handy über Amazon bestellt, Versand bestätigt, Betrag abgebucht, Akku bis heute nicht angekommen....

Ich kann diesen Lieferanten nicht empfehlen, da nach 6 Monaten sowohl der Austausch bzw. Garantieersatz des defekten Samsung-Akkus abgelehnt wird.
Angeblich nicht mehr lieferbar und man solle sich an den Hersteller wenden.
Ein miserabler Service!

Ordered a pair of running sleeves from Amazon (seller is Onogo). There is no Size description but I see one of the pictures of the product is a black box showing S/M). I assumed the product I ordered is S/M. However, I received L/XL. When I requested to be refunded, they need me to pay for postage, send item back and wait for refund. I am not willing to waste money on postage and requested them to send me a S/M. They dare send me a picture and circled the product description that shows L/XL and said that is the size I ordered!!! They are so dishonest! I feel more upset. No more business with this company - no integrity! I will complain to Amazon and Best Business Bureau.

Update today (June 15, 2021): after I complained to Amazon, Onogo is willing to refund to me and requested me to withdraw my negative comments on Amazon. Case closed.
