Reçu que la moitié du colis😠

J'ai commandé 4 bougies d'allumage pour ma moto. J'ai payé les 4 le 03/12/2020. Aujourd'hui nous sommes le 18/01/2021 je n'ai reçu que 2 bougies 😡ils disent que la commande peux être divisé en plusieurs colis. Il me prennent pour un pigeon 😠(trop volumineux peut être)
Comment ça s'appelle ça ?????
A plus de 10€ la bougie ça me fait une perte de plus de 20€.
Je ne recommande pas du tout d'acheter ici.
J'en informe Amazon de suite.

Packaging improvement

Hi, my rating is poor but would like to make a suggestion for future customers including myself. I received a container that contain a cleaning paste and the lid on the container was off and the parcel was soaked with this paste. Lost most of the product. To my view poor packaging is at fault and could be improved for future purchases. We are all humans and this can happen. Hope you can improve on packaging and shipping. Must had that delivery and items ordered where exactly as requested. thank you. G.Romain

Good Customer service

I recently ordered a product, and it unfortunately came damaged. When I contacted them, they were immediately happy to help, and sent me a replacement item within a couple of days. Very happy with my product and the customer service.

J'ai commandé un colis le 9 Novembre via Amazon

J'ai commandé un colis à livrer à ma petite fille le 9 Novembre..il s'agissait d un calendrier de l'avent Playmobil .il n'est jamais arrivé.. je n'ai jamais eu de problème de réception via Amazon ....pour la 1ere fois je n'ai pas de numéro de colis ni de suivi ... seule réponse...colis perdue à la poste me répond onogo avec possibilité de remboursement ...mais je n'ai aucune certitude de l' envoi car aucun numéro de suivi colis ....

Akku minderwertig

Der bestellte angeblich neue Akku für das Samsung S3 Handy ist dermaßen schlecht, bricht in kürzester Zeit vollständig zusammen, das ich davon ausgehe einen gebrauchten minderwertigen Akku geliefert bekommen habe.
Werde nie wieder bei Onogo bestellen.

J’ai commandé une batterie Samsung galaxie grand+en m’a envoyé une qui ne correspond pas du tout maintenant pour l’échanger cet le parcours du combattant avec de la mauvaise fois et des questions ridicules avec un très mauvais français je regrette mon achat

Underhand deceitful company

Bought a relatively inexpensive, but fragile item from Amazon fulfilled by these numpties. They sent it in a squashable jiffy bag which didn't protect the item and it arrived broken. The postie told me it was broken before he gave it to me!
They told me to send it back, so I did but they would not refund the postage to return it, which as far as I am concerned is a breach of the distance selling regulations.
I complained to Onogo many times, and they refused to pay £3.10.
In the end I complained to Amazon who kindly refunded the postage. I'm hoping they take it from Onogo.
Please don't buy from these eejits.
