Satisfaction totale, emballage, produit, rapidité et prix ! Merci

Je viens de recevoir mes brosses à dents ORAL B. Commandées le 01/10/020 et livrée depuis Jersey, le 09/10/020 pour une date annoncée du 16/10/020 au plus tard. les colis et les brosses sont en parfait état.
Vraiment rien à dire d'autre sinon que ce fournisseur à assuré avec sérieux date et produit.

The order which I placed with you for an Octonauts Mission Vehicle arrived this day(9/19/2020). It was well packaged with no damage. Purchased a Wolf-garten moss removal rake on Amazon.ca. Onogo was the distributor. When my rake arrived I was surprised to see that it didn’t come with a handle. I went back on Amazon to see if it mentions the handle was not included. Nope.
I contacted Onogo and the reply I received was “ we did not advertise that this includes a handle.”
I was shocked to hear that. Why would they not mention “handle not included”. The handle is unique to Wolf-garten tools and is not available for purchase in Canada, leaving me with a useless tool. They were willing to refund my purchase cost but not pay for return shipping which would be roughly $20. I paid $50 for the rake head.

ONOGO ES ABSOLUTAMENTE DESACONSEJABLE.

One of the worst online experiences ever. I ordered a spray on plaster for my dog on the 25 June....I am still waiting to receive it. After I purchased it, I was told that the delivery date would be up until 8 July which of course really annoyed me, but I thought they are giving themselves a window and it would arrive before. Well I called to ask what is happening with the order, I got a very rude woman who said she was at the switchboard and will get someone to call back. Well that never happened. I sent an email to find where my product is - they returned with the same info I had been sent that it had been dispatched. I wrote another email and was told that they usually give 7-14 days delivery and there is no tracking. So now here we are 13 days after purchase and no goods. It is not even coming from China but Jersey which is an hours flight from my town. Useless and such a waste of time and money.

Ordered on 8 June and email said expected delivery of 15 June but actually arrived on 13 June. Very good service and item exactly as described. I will use Onogo again

I was very disappointed with the delivery time. I placed my order on May 3, 2020 and I did not receive my order until June 2, 2020

Bought some darlac secateurs very good price and quality well pleased especially as they arrived earlier than expected.

The is the second time that I have bought from this company. First time was for 10 Stanley permanent marker pens in an offer. 2 pens arrived and Onogo tried to say that the offer was not valid hen that the pens were out of stock then that the price paid was for two. They eventually issued a full refund. This time I ordered a can of Brasso and a can of Silvo. They
arrived in inadequate packaging, crushed with virtually all the contents having leaked into the packaging which had been repackaged by La Poste to prevent contamination of other mail. I supplied photos of this mess to Onogo who have asked if I can use the products (which are soaked into the packaging) and an offer of a 25% refund. I have given one star because I can't give any less and their replies are always polite even if they are derisory.

First time I have ordered but pleased. Item arrived in good time and they happily swapped the item I ordered in error.
