Rücksendung (auf meine Kosten) hat nicht geklappt, da der Empfänger unbekannt ist. Die Rücksendekosten von € 14,00 hätte ich mir auch sparen können.

I'd give this company no stars if I could! I've just had the same problem with Onogo. I bought a Samsung phone battery on Amazon because Onogo's advert stated "12 month warranty". It's lasted less than 8 months and on contacting Onogo they point blank refused to honour the warranty and told me to go to the manufacter. Samsung don't sell these particular batteries any more and told me to go back to Onogo!

Amazon aren't interested either. When I spoke to their Customer Services, they went through the motions of speaking to Onogo and writing them an email and aren't prepared to help any further.

Don't buy anything from this company!!!

I recently purcahsed a lifeproof case from Onogo. It arrived fine but start leaking after 6 months. Lifeproof have a year's warranty which is deallt with through the online retailer the item was purchased through. Onogo are refusing to help however

Je tiens à signaler mon mécontentement face au peu de fiabilité de la batterie samsung EB-BA510ABE 2900MAH que j'ai commandée il y a 11 mois et qui vient de flancher après plusieurs semaines d'extinctions intempestives et de record de vitesse de vidage de batterie (de 100% à 0% en moins d'une heure) sans pour autant me servir du téléphone ni laisser d'applications ouvertes ou en veille.
Je viens d'en acheter une nouvelle, chez un concurrent, en espérant que cette fois elle durera plus que 11 mois.
NB; je dois régler à chaque fois 29€ de main d'oeuvre de remplacement car ma coque est collée sur ce modèle et ne peut pas être ouverte facilement.
