Catastrophe !!
Vendent des articles hors d'usage et refusent bien sur de rembourser !!
Clairement une arnaque. Très regrettable que ces gens la soient référencés chez Amazon !!

Arrived 3 days earlier than expected. Really pleased.

Bien qu'il y est de nombreux insatisfaits.Pour ma commande impécable. Produit conforme reçu rapidemenr avant la date prévue.
Pour moi site sérieux.

La batterie Samsung vendue par Onogo ne tient même pas une journée. J'ai envoyé une réclamation il y a 3 semaines et n'ai même pas eu de réponse.
Evitez Onogo à tout prix!

J'ai commandé une batterie pour Samsung portable chez Onodo par l'intermédiaire d'Amazon. Grosse erreur!
La batterie ne tient pas la charge et ceci dès la livraison.
Voulant m'en assurer avant de réclamer, je l'ai testée pendant 2 mois (autre grosse erreur). Quand j'ai recontacté le SAV Onogo, j'ai eu droit à tous les faux fuyants possibles (délai de trois mois dépassé, ce qui est faux; réclamation à adresser au fabricant (!!, lequel?), ce qui est contraire au droit de la consommation; charge de la preuve m'incombant (!!!, avec un tel argument, contraire à la réglementation, ils ne risquent pas de remplacer la moindre batterie )).
FUYEZ ONODO. ENCOUREZ-VOUS DES L'APPARITION DU NOM! UN BON CONSEIL: FUYEZ!

Great service, I had a slight problem and contacted customer services. Not really expecting an answer directly as it was Xmas Eve. But to their credit they replied to me and sorted the problem so amicably. 5* service and I would definitely recommend them.

I ordered chuckit ball launcher for my dogs
I received 2 packets of parrot food!!! I don't have a parrot. Firstly they asked me to send photos of their mistake. Which i did. Then when i requested a refund they sent a returns label and said they would take at least 2 weeks to issue refund. I think this lot ate a joke . DO NOT USE THEM

I ordered on Amazon, and apart from the Canada Post strike which slowed delivery, the item arrive exactly as described and as promised.
I will definitely use them again as they are far cheaper than the locally supplied item.

I purchased a "Kleen Kanteen Tumbler" (20oz) through Onogo. As with all Kleen Kanteen products it lives up to my expectations'and then some. .... The Tumbler.arrived on the due (predicted) date safe and sound, thus a very pleasant all round buying experience for me! 'Would purchase through Onogo again should the need arise....David K.

I ordered the advent calender for cats, took 1 month to get it but my cat was excited and goes nuts over the treats. So next year I'll order it earlier, totally satisfied

Ordered an $8 item from this company through Amazon on October 23, 2018. When item shipped, no Canada Post tracking number was provided. Should have been suspicious at that point. Item was supposed to arrive no later than December 5, 2018. I have no idea if my order has shipped at all. Onogo blamed their ineptitude on Canada Post strike even though I have received all other orders from reputable companies who use the same shipper. Onogo refused to issue me a refund, so it looks like the only way I will get my money back is to file a dispute with my credit card company, which I have done. Avoid this company like the plague!

Ordered from Amazon, thinking I would receive the same shipping performance as Amazon but this product was shipped from China, it’s been a month and no communications , also there is no where to track my purchase. I’ve ordered a hundred times from Amazon this past year, but may never use Amazon again, if I knew it would be shipped from China I would never ordered it!

Perfect company all the way through. Bought a set of Marshall headphones, very easy process, PayPal option which for me always guarantees protection on online shopping. Good updates during dispatch and delivery and The delivery itself was extremely quick. 5 star company. Thanks Onogo, keep it up

Ordered a NOKIA mobile battery. Quite a long delivery forward delivery date but didn’t arrive. Contacted OnogoUnit and received response in hours offering a refund or replacement. Opted for replacement and was sent Express Airmail and arrived promptly. Alas battery did not hold charge. Informed OnogoUnit Customer Service and was informed that a refund would be given. Just had confirmation from Amazon that refund is being processed. First Class customer service! A pity about the product otherwise it would have been a Five Star rating!

Gekauft wurde ein Akku fütr ein Handy. Der Akku konnte nicht geladen werden, er ist defekt.
Es wurde mir mir ein Aufkleber für die Rücksendung des defekten Artikels geschickt.
Das Porto für die Rücksendung soll ich tragen. Das kann doch wohl nicht wahr sein?!
Man liefert mir einen defekten Akku und ich soll die Rücksendubng bezahlen? Das Porto kostet ja mehr als der Artikel gekostet hat.
Ich bin in höchstem Masse enttäuscht!
Ich kaufe den Artikel jetzt bei Media-Marjkt. Da kann ich defekte Ware ohne Kostenaufwand umtauschen.

I placed an order through Amazon on 26 Sept 2018, received an email to say I had received my order on the 3rd Oct 2018. I responded saying I had not yet received my order.

I received an email notification saying the would resend my order, which would take 7-14 days.

I declined and asked for a refund.
Very poor customer service.
