In this day and age of electronic platforms, waiting on the phone for hours and never being able to communicate with a real person working with Tyler Hoffman was refreshing. He responded to my email request quickly and directed me to the people I needed to talk to about my concern.

We have been using "On Point Benefits" for 10 years+.
Tyler Hoffman is to be commended for his attention to all of our company's needs. He is our "go to" for anything relating to our firms' insurance/medical plans. His knowledge in this field is second to none. As a very busy automotive repair shop, we can count on Tyler to take any questions we have directly to the source and get answers stat!

Tyler has been very helpful and always available when we have had questions or needs. Things are always explained in detail. 100% recommend.
