Excellent service and quality support.
I have been working with OVP for a few months now and I can not praise them highly enough. They provide you with well trained VAs, are flexible in terms of invoicing (I needed mine done weekly), and if there are any issues they are quick to resolve them. I found it difficult to communicate with the first VA they introduced me to, and I was really impressed with how OVP approached the issue. I was really worried that they would hold me to the contract terms and I would have to go through weeks of turmoil before being able to move on and find someone else. It was a scary thought, as I needed the support urgently.
None of that nonsense! They gave me options, allowed me to choose whether I wanted to terminate on the spot or if I was willing to try another person. Because of the lack of pressure I decided to try someone else from them, and things have gone swimmingly from day one. Even the fist person was well qualified for the job, we just had a personality clash that made communication really difficult.
That experience made me a massive fan of their services, as it's usually only when things go wrong that you see people's true colours, and OVP was nothing but supportive and flexible.

OVpacific are supporting me well with my admin needs as a self employed professional for the last 3 or so months. The platform for communication and assigning tasks is easy to use and allows progress to be tracked. The team are engaged and communicative. They are helping me to be much more productive in my work. The standard of work is excellent. Thank you!

Working with OV Pacific has proven to be very productive for our businesses. When we joint them my last employee has left the business and although she was running the whole admin tasks we only had 1 day to complete the handover process. With the help of Avron Narayan, Ben Moore & Kyle Hartzenberg specially we have been able to create and document all the processes relating to pricing, quotes, call handling, administration, enquiry handling and invoicing. We had to retrieve most of the information relating to the clients from old emails and older invoices. All these have been achieved in less than 3 months where OV Pacific from Ben, Avran to Kyle have been really involved and supportive. Currently we are working on our Marketing strategy as the processes are 'finally' in placed. Pricing wise OV Pacific where the most competitive (time vs price) at the time we arranged the VA.

Very reasonable price, exceptional service. Highly recommend to any business looking to improve their back-end support.

The ease at which we can communicate our needs is appreciated. Ovpacific was able to provide assistance and advise based on the very vague information that I was giving when making the initial contact. Ben was very sympathetic and truly since using their service I have seen a turn around in the workings of our company. Maybe we were just lucky but Ovpacific definitely know people.

Overall, a really great experience. We required some urgent assistance with our bookkeeping and admin work through Xero. Thankfully Ben and the team were able to expedite the process while also accommodating all of our needs.
