Do not use them
Do not book your holiday with them! Absolute nightmare trying to change a holiday due to a family emergency. Misleading, not trasparent about fees or the refund process, and you cannot get through an actual human being. They only use AI bots (useless) which shows ‘how much’ they care about their customers.
Edit - Although they said they will come back with a response, they didn’t.

Great value holiday
This our second holiday with on the beach. Both times we got a great value holiday. Couldn't fault the service or accommodation. We had no problems but it was great to know we could contact them if needed

Just back from a week in Magic Pirates…
Just back from a week in Magic Pirates Island in Benidorm with the family and honestly we had a great time.
The place was spotless and all the staff were really friendly and helpful. The food was great too — there wasn’t a single night in Captain’s Table where the kids didn’t leave with full bellies. If you’re a fan of red wine, check out the fridge at the back on the right-hand side… you can help yourself and bring a bottle back to your apartment 😉
The resort itself was excellent. Both pools were great:
- If you don’t want to head to the buffet, the Battleship pool has really nice snacks available.
- If you have younger kids and want somewhere a bit quieter, the Kraken pool is ideal — and it has its own bar too.
We went Ultra Premium and it was definitely worth the extra money. We got 3 nights in the themed restaurants which helped break up eating in the buffet every evening. One night we even went to Burger King which is only about 5 minutes away by car or taxi.
If you want the freedom to leave the resort and explore, I’d definitely recommend hiring a car. We managed to rent one for nearly the same price as the airport transfers.
The water park and zoo that are included were great fun as well. Overall, a fantastic family holiday and we’d happily go back again.
A couple of small suggestions for the resort:
- It would be great to have a washing line or somewhere to hang swimming costumes and towels out to dry.
- The apartments have a cooker top in the kitchen area, but there are no plates, bowls, or cooking utensils provided. It would be handy to have a few basics there in case guests want to make a simple meal.

2nd time in the hotel Palmin
2nd time in the hotel Palmin. We were really disappointed this year. Staff are excellent but they were very unhappy. Two safe finished up while we were there. Large families fighting at the pool and no security, would not go back.

Hotel was grate, very friendly staff. The room was very clean. No hair dryer in the room - was a small minus but when our TV broke down - they changed immediately.

Thought I had booked holiday then got…
Thought I had booked holiday then got email about adapted room. As I had asked for assistance through airport. Replied that I did not need adapted room and a few days later got another email to say booking cancelled. Not sure of all logistics now but was getting emails at all hours of night. Had to book again at an increased price and things got sorted. There is a group of us going to celebrate a birthday and it was very upsetting at the time. I was almost giving up.

We are very sorry to hear about the upsetting and stressful experience you had whilst trying to finalise your holiday booking.
We completely understand how concerning and confusing it must have been to receive emails regarding an adapted room when this was not what you had requested particularly when you had only asked for airport assistance. We also appreciate how frustrating it was to then receive notification that your booking had been cancelled especially after believing everything had already been confirmed.
Unfortunately as our website pricing is not live holiday costs and availability can change until all components of the booking are fully confirmed. In addition if the flights are not confirmed by Ryanair within the required timeframe the booking can automatically cancel. We understand this process can be confusing and disappointing particularly when you believed your holiday had already been secured.
We understand this was meant to be a special trip to celebrate a birthday and it is very disappointing to hear that the process left you feeling so upset and close to giving up altogether.
Whilst we are pleased matters were eventually resolved and your holiday arrangements sorted we fully recognise that the experience leading up to this was far from smooth and not the level of service we aim to provide.
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. We genuinely apologise again for the distress and frustration caused throughout the booking process.

Terrible customer service
Terrible - booked a holiday to Amsterdam which is in 9 days. Just found out they have told us our hotel is in Amsterdam when it is actually in a completely different city - although near Amsterdam this is not what we were told. When attempting to contact on the beach in hopes of a solution they have no phone number and the A.I. chatbot does not understand my query or connect me to a human. A.I. chatbot continually tells me live chat is closed despite also telling me it’s opening hours are 9-6:45 (I contacted at 3:30) terrible customer service and we now have to stay in a different city than was originally sold to us.

Been trying to live chat for 2 days now booked a holiday to Turkey first our flight times were changed then the flights were cancelled now SunExpress have changed the day of flight and airport without even contacting me no contact from on the beach either I don’t want to travel from Edinburgh it’s miles away from where I live and the day change does not suit me and if I cancel I will be charged for flights are you kidding me no consideration for customer what so ever supposed to travel in under 4 weeks .Eventually got to speak to someone and they want £50 per person to cancel my holiday what a joke the guy just keeps hanging up on me what a scam it’s all over there web page that you get a full refund if this happens i have been using on the beach for years never again rude untrustworthy company if I don’t get my full refund I am taking them to small claims court.On the beach sent reply how do I contact you if I can’t get a human on live chat what information do you want I want a full refund
