On the beach cancelled my holiday no…
On the beach has been in touch by trust pilot. I do you on the beach for all my holidays so im happy they have delt with my issue very fast its just a shame I had to go tho trust pilot to get answer I do think they need to make thinks easyer to get in contact with them by the app but im happy and that why iv changed my review from 1 star to 5 stars as they acted very fast on here i know they probably have 100s of people to deal with when thinks go wrong so hats off to on the beach 🙂

Avoid like the plague
Went through OTB app to get quote to change dates due to medical operation not covered my insurance. Quote on there calender estimated £408 more and to ask for firm quote from agent which I did. Waited 9 days (said woukd be 7) no reply. Tried phone line which is useles, tried chat bot over 9 times, at different times of day over many days, impossible to talk to a human, always says we are closed and open at 9am.....never gives a closing time coincidently! Absolutely terrible and infuriating. Gives you a quote option for change but then impossible to go on, used this company a few times but never never again. I am happy to re arrange my flights directly but need to change dates with hotel and transport. MYB14763942B. Impossible to talk to a human!!!! Terrible customer service.

I am really sorry but we no longer offer date changes via our website.
You would need to cancel your booking and change the dates with Ryanair's website directly.
To do this, head to 'view and manage > make a change> full cancellation'
Once cancelled you can still amend your flights with the airline directly

Avoid if you Value your mental Health
Everything going well until I tried to contact them regarding a problem with the airline details. I have been on line for THREE hours trying to find details on my holiday with no help from their AI system that totally inadequate taking me round and round in circles. My booking states that all is well and I can look forward to my holiday as I have paid the sum in full. Yet when I try to contact the airline (Sun Express) to arrange seating etc I am unable to get any information as the details you are giving me are not recognised and they are showing no flights at all for the date given. A very worrying situation, yet I am unable to find ANY help whatsoever from the company. I have used ths company in the past but after this experience I doubt I will be using it again and would certainly not recommend it to anyone under any circumstances for the sake of their mental health. Appalling customer service, badly set out web site, with an apparent lack of any regard to allow contact with a member of staff to resolve any customer queries or information.

Great holiday plenty of sun sand and drinks , lots of lovely people and fun nightlife, id highly recommend puerto rico in gran canarie .

Do not use them
Do not book your holiday with them! Absolute nightmare trying to change a holiday due to a family emergency. Misleading, not trasparent about fees or the refund process, and you cannot get through an actual human being. They only use AI bots (useless) which shows ‘how much’ they care about their customers.
Edit - Although they said they will come back with a response, they didn’t.

This our second holiday with on the beach. Both times we got a great value holiday. Couldn't fault the service or accommodation. We had no problems but it was great to know we could contact them if needed
