Terrible! We have used this company for many years, but now they have invested in AI that doesn't understand any requests. In the past, I could reach a human and resolve any issue, even with the live chat. Now, it is impossible to reach customer service by phone or online; everything leads to an AI chat, which is useless.

Booked a package and didn’t realise I still had to pay for seats on the planes as well. Baggage also needs to be added on, so the holiday wasn’t long adding up once I had booked. Tried to speak to someone and it’s all AI who won’t put you through to anyone and if you send a message it won’t be replied for weeks either.

Booked a holiday for the 10th Dec to Amsterdam and we Recieved an email to say the flight was cancelled and did we want a refund. We clicked the link to say yes and then received another email saying we had accepted the change in flights!!! No contact number no one on live chat someone needs to contact me today!

AVOID!!! On The Beach have the worst customer service I have known. Booked a holiday last year to Dubai. Despite all the restrictions with flights due to the ongoing tensions, we have stayed positive. However, I discovered that the hotel we are staying at (Fairmont Ajman) is having renovation/construction work throughout our August stay and the only pool and bar will be closed. Despite repeated attempts to use the chat function to chat with an adviser, this has been blocked by their AI function. I have sent emails and still had no reply. I have no idea where I stand at this stage. I am now looking at raising a complaint via ABTA. This was the first time I booked with OTB and will 100% be my last. Avoid this company if you want decent customer service! I never write reviews but felt I had no choice. AVOID!

Found on the beach really easy to book with, and got a great deal. Hopefully the holiday will go as smoothly!

It's my first time booking with this company. Process was simple.

Very easy to book and quick

Fairly straightforward but I didn't like the fact that you have to confirm the flights yourself via an email link and if you don't see the email I'm time the price could go up which means you will have to pay more. This thankfully didn't happen but I was afraid it would. Other than that everything was grand.
Going forward I'd look into doing something about confirming the flight but other than that all good

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR CARD DETAILS.
Our family holiday was paid in full last month (May). Yet, just days before we were due to fly out, On the Beach used my saved card details to unlawfully withdraw over £1,000 from my bank account without my knowledge, consent, or any explanation.
Instead of being excited for our long-awaited family holiday, we were plunged into severe financial stress, anxiety, and panic during the exact week we were supposed to be packing.
To make matters worse, their customer service is a joke. I spent days desperately trying to get a human response. Their "Live Chat" is just a useless, repetitive robot giving the same three options, leaving us completely stranded with a massive chunk of our money missing.
Taking money without authorisation is completely unacceptable. If you book with them, check your bank statements constantly!

No apology or response from them and will never use this company again.

Scammers contacted me via telephone claiming to be customer support from OTB
They asked me all my details to process my refund which i gave them
They then asked me to download an app called Lemfi which i did and they sent me a code via my email which they asked me for and i gave them
I became suspicious and said I would contact on the beach
I have now this morning received an email from on the beach (which I am unsure if it is actually from OTB)
Saying my holiday has now been cancelled and they will refund any payments today once my bank has verified the transaction
Is this something on the beach send via email or scampers could OTB please get in touch or should I go to the police

The website was very easy to navigate. Prices were clear. Great value holidays available. Fantastic selection of both airports and accommodation. Will definitely use again.

This is my 3 holiday booked with yous i havent gone on them yet but everything been good so far

Disappointed with my enquiry, charged for seats that were already paid for directly with airline.

Disagree with reply as I paid for holiday on 11th June and 15th June I had to pay extra €84.87 for seats which I paid Ryanair?
