0 customer service. I chose ontrac as an amazon seller, and I never will again. Their provided number is disconnected, customer service would not help me at all, and they never picked up my packages. I had to refund the labels and ship them late with UPS. NEVER USE ONTRAC

Horrible, did not attempt delivery, PKG marked as return to sender. Not even 2nd attempt. No option to request redelivery.

They delivered a package around 10:00 p.m. at night outside my gate no notification it was only when I checked my phone when I woke up to use the bathroom that I noticed by checking my cameras out front a package had been delivered

OnTrac strikes again. After my last review and having to return the item to the company (Jackery) a second time, they sent me a replacement via OnTrac again...even though I specifically asked that they use a different shipping vendor. I wish this site allowed photo uploads so I could share the condition of the package I received. I has a large hole ripped into the side of the package like a pole was thrust into it. I just informed Jackery that I do not want a replacement. I will go to the BBB for a refund if need be.

Checking for a package, zero updates since it was shipped out days ago. I’m use to thorough system checkers SCANNING barcodes to let the tracker get updates. And since this order is coming from Walnut, CA across 3,000 miles to the Northeast, for a nearly $300 purchase, if it gets stolen or not delivered, by federal law, this is considered theft of the parcel company & we can easily sue OnTrac for this. So they better stop with these EXCUSES I’m reading in all these comments, because it’s starting to look like they want a f—king lawsuit on their hands from THOUSANDS of people and they don’t have Amazon money to settle such a situation. So they better FIX instead of sweeping under the rug these issues.

I kept getting a notice they didn't have my address, which is ridiculous. It was on the order. Then I kept getting different delivery dates, then they said they delivered and they DIDN'T!!! I have a camera, and looked at the time they said they delivered and they DID NOT EVER DELIVER THE PACKAGE!! There is no way I could even reach them and wasted so much time trying to find a way!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!!!

2nd time in a month, the driver pulls right up into my private driveway, ignoring the posted sign to not pull in???? On Trac needs to train their drivers to read and respect private property. There is a big street to park on!!!! Pathetic company!!!!

They left my package at a building that had absolutely nothing to do with the address; it didn't even remotely resemble it. I had to drive around the area looking for the entrance shown in the reference image. Furthermore, the website indicated that it was being delivered to my address, yet the photo of the location was completely different, and the package had already been delivered—a week late.

2 delivery attempts" logged in 2 separate evenings with a "business closed" status — I live in a private home, not a business. Nobody rang my doorbell either time and the driver never left the package, even though I was home. When I called their 1-800 number, the call wouldn't even connect. ABSOLUTELY WORST COMPANY ON THE PLANET. They sent our packages to the wrong house. They absolutely lose the packages. They say they delivered and they’re not delivered. They send the packages back for some reason or the packages don’t show up at all. I absolutely HATE THIS COMPANY AND FROM NOW ON WHEN I ORDER ANYTHING IF IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY, I’M NOT ORDERING IT

They lie about deliveries, ordered some stuff for my 2 week old baby and needed it to delivered urgently cause he wouldn’t be able to feed without it. They claimed that the order was delivered. Walmart customer service was equally useless.

This has to be the WORST delivery company in the country. They can't understand delivery hours or seem to get your packages to you on time.

This is an Amazon order. Amazon has all the information regarding address. The OnTrac tracking says that Amazon give the "incomplete address". This never happens with UPS, FedEx or the USPS.
No customer service phone number, and the AI assistant is A-dumb. Finally I get a live agent via chat, and pretty much said to look at the tracking page for updates.
OnTrac cannot get a hold of their drivers, because "the drivers do not have company phones".
I am going to request Amazon to NEVER use OnTrac for deliveries

The worst shipping carrier ever. They literally have spent three weeks sending the same package back and forth from California to Florida and back again. I am yet to recieve it since I live in the Midwest and it is again, is on its way from California to Florida. Ridiculous that a company with this many issues can exist when their are so many trusted carriers available. Don't use it ever. Quit rewarding failure.

This company out does any other delivery co. Early & on time deliveries. Above & beyond.

What a trash company and yet many retailers seem to use them. I had a delivery from Ulta coming from OnTrac. I received a message saying my package had been delivered at 3:54, funny since I was home and my ADT system never alerted me to motion on my porch OR driveway. The “Proof of Delivery” is a picture of my package in the dudes vehicle. Upon contacting both Ulta and OnTrac I have gotten no where. I hope that criminal likes my cosmetics. There is a Reddit page on people boycotting any retailer who uses OnTrac I suggest everyone check it out.

If I could give this company zero Stars I would. My advice is if you have anything that you care about or that's important or expensive do not shift through ontrac. Make sure the company you're buying from does not ship through ontrac!!!!! If a package goes into limbo you have no human being to talk to. Absolutely everything is done by AI and the stupid computer chat circuitous time wasters! The CEO has got to be more concerned about greed then customer service based on what my experience was. I wouldn't buy any stock or invest in this company if it were the last company on the planet. My postal mailbox service also told me their service is absolutely horrible. And remember you will have absolutely nobody to talk to even their corporate number is AI chat! It's total b******* in an excuse and a way for them to get out of accountability while increasing their profits. That's my opinion and the only logical thing I can think of. Cutting jobs is what they're about to make a few extra bucks while convincing you that there is this Holy Grail of a "reliable" company. Not impressed in the least. My shipper, a large generator company, also was pretty pissed and said they're moving away from using them as best as possible.

On trac tracking says they have the product I ordered on Amazon and it states it’s out for delivery or the last 4 days; they will not let you talk to a person, no idea when it might be delivered and Walt’s Tv where I bought the tv can’t get them in the phone ; the service is the worst don’t buy from any vendor using Ontrac for delivery or demand they use a different service.

Odd. Reading all the reviews here, I was expecting the worst service of my life but instead, the quality was as good or even better than some of the weller known carriers/delivery services. This, my first delivery with OnTrac, was timely delivered, in good shape, and tracking notifications were on point. The driver brought it inside the apartment which some Amazon drivers do not do. Whomever you are, I appreciate you! Job well done!!

3 out of 4 deliveries are delayed—-actually one time they said they couldn’t find my house??? Really? Another time I tried to delay a package to another day and after calling customer service that was not an option at all! Today’s delivery I received an email that said “sorry we missed you”. It didn’t need to be signed for—-how did they miss me! THEY ARE AWFUL! If I could I would rate them ZERO!!!
