These people suck. They delivered my package to a totally different address and had the audacity to send a photo of the package just left in the common area of a place I don’t even live. I contacted them and they barely responded and wouldn’t even help. If you can help it, do not use these people.

Twice now deliveries from OnTrac have been marked unable to deliver because they need more information. NOTHING is wrong with the address provided. Both times it was towards the end of the day I got the notification that package was not deliverable. My guess is they didnt feel like completing the remaining deliveries for the day and lied.

Package was delayed for days with no update. When I tried to contact them, I could only send replies through their AI chat bot that doesn’t help at all. I paid for 2 day shipping, and still haven’t received my package a week later. Not sure how postal companies like this get away with charging you for a service, and then not giving you that service you paid for. Garbage delivery service. If I could give them 0 stars I would.

!!!!UPDATE!!!! : What I didn’t see was that the delivery person hid my package in my rose bush. I have updated my review. Customer service is still bad though, no one ever answered.
…….I saw the delivery driver take a picture of my package then proceeded to take my package!!! Then to top it off I can’t even get in touch with customer service!!

Cancel your Nordstrom order for delivery if you see that Ontrac is the carrier to deliver it and change it to pick up your item in a local store if you can. My daughters packaged arrived to our home sealed but obvious that someon stuck their hand in the side where there was not seal tape. They stole Tom Ford sunglasses. It was my daughter's first online purchase ever. My wife opened the door 1 minute after it was delivered and noticed right way that the box was pulled open on the side to take out the item.

Useless customer service. Did not deliver to my address resulting my mail being stolen.

Exceptionally poor service. The driver just dumped our delivery (four large boxes) about 100 yards from our front door out on the public sidewalk, where everybody and their dog saw them and could’ve stolen them. We were fortunate that someone kind was kind brought them to us and told us what’d happened.

This is the second time this has happened. I’m trying to figure out a way to ensure no one sends us a package via OnTrac ever again. Who needs to actually have porch pirates in order to steal things when OnTrac drivers dump valuable goods 100 yards from where they’re supposed to delivered? It’s a disaster waiting to happen.

this company is far more than inferior to other like companies. they are incompetent and unethical in their business practices. DO NOT BUY FROM An E-COMMERCE THAT USES ONTAC. it is not worth the risk

This company is inferior compared to other private shipping companies. The UI of the website, lack of customer service, and very late delivery window remind me of SpeedX. If a website offers OnTrac as shipping then I just don't shop there anymore.

Total losers. Claimed they didn't have the correct address, but when we checked with them, they did. Their driver just didn't bother delivering our package. Customer service was next to useless.

Update: The Customer service representative disconnected the chat in mid-sentence when I contacted them, which didn't fill me with much confidence. However, the package was delivered the next day, so I'm giving them another star.

My package was delivered to an incorrect address. OnTrac refuse to confirm which address they delivered it to and have told the company that provided the goods that they've delivered it correctly.

I'd recommend avoiding this company and anyone who uses them to ship their products.

ONTRAC CONTINUES TO BE THE WORST DELIVERY SERVICE I HAVE DEALT WITH IN TEXAS

After my previous experience, I left a very negative review about OnTrac. They responded asking me for additional information, as though they were genuinely interested in addressing the problem.

And yet, here we are AGAIN.

This is now a completely different retailer using OnTrac, and for the second consecutive day, my package has not been delivered because the driver supposedly “needs an access code.”

The problem? I PROVIDED THE ACCESS CODE.

I gave it directly through OnTrac’s customer service chat to the supposed “human” representative assisting me. Yet somehow that information still has not made it to the person actually delivering the package.

At this point, I seriously question whether their “live agents” are even live agents. The responses are repetitive, poorly written, and accomplish absolutely nothing. You provide the requested information, receive assurances that it has been documented, and then the driver returns the next day apparently knowing none of it.

Different retailer. Different package. SAME OnTrac incompetence.

OnTrac is hands down the worst delivery service I have encountered in Texas. I genuinely do not understand why reputable retailers continue entrusting customers’ purchases to a company that seems incapable of communicating basic delivery instructions between its own customer service representatives and drivers.

Retailers, PLEASE reconsider using OnTrac. Your customers should not have to spend days chasing packages because your delivery partner cannot successfully transmit an access code.

My package has been saying mis-sorted for a week and half. Every time I try to reach out to them, they insist I contact the seller. Expected delivery date changes after every expected delivery date has passed with the package still not being delivered.

I had to give it 1 star or it would be less. It’s not just that the carriers are worthless because most companies are just hiring anyone these days but then the customer service isn’t even there to talk to, to try and correct what the issue is. Everybody opens these companies to make a buck with no intent of integrity! The carrier always says they were unable to deliver my package to a place that I’m in there and it’s open all day(business)! How weren’t you able to deliver it??? Since this happened had another package that was delivered on 8-25-26, by an Amazon third party shipped thru OnTrac and never saw this package. Once we realized where it was left from the picture they took of course it was gone. They left the package at the BACKDOOR of the Post Office which is outside of the gate and on the Main Street that anyone could tell is not an entrance or exit but an emergency door and this was also during a time that the Post Office was open.

So I received a message saying my recent order from Chalk-line was delivered by some company called On Trac. I’m not sure how they would have delivered anything considering we were under emergency evacuation due to flooding. About 4 feet of flooding in some areas on the street. Anyway, I was finally (close to 20 hours after they said they delivered it) able to return home and no package. I mean of course there was no package because they couldn’t have got in. So I message the company on their website and the AI basically said the package was delivered and the proof was because it said so. What? After the rabbit hole that was it’s circular argument, the AI then just tells me to contact the seller because it’s their problem. This company smells of a scam and probably needs investigated. But let this be a declaration to any company thinking about using them. If I ever see the name On Trac on package tracking, package slip, or anything else associated with them, I will never purchase from your business again.

Although on time, the package was left in the driveway. This was in spite of specific instructions left on the front door to ring the door bell and leave the package salt the back door. No communication by the carrier regarding delivery. Not a recommended carrier. No need for response. Everything has been said.

If I could leave less than 1 star I would. They refuse to deliver to my address by ignoring my delivery instructions then returning the package to the sender. I've lost count of how many times this has happened.

twice now OnTrac have "failed" to deliver packages to my address thagt *every* other shipping Co can: USPS, UPS, Fedex,Amazon, DoorDash, DHL!

1st pkg, they couldnt find the address (which was correct btw)

2nd pkg, claimed they needed a gate code which is incorrect we have no coded gate!

they are simply inept, incompetent, and have little or no interest in customer service or satisfaction

just an update, Ontrac finally delivered "The Farmers Dog" food 4 days late, the food which is frozen had thawed and Farmers Dog customer service advised that it was no longer safe to use...

when I contacted OnTrac about this I was told its not their problem and to contact the seller!

during the time in between the initial delivery attempt and final delivery I contacted OnTrac multiple times through their "chat" ... and received no response

USPS, UPS, Fedex, Amazon, Doordash, Target and Walmart all are able to deliver to my address without issue ...

and this is not the first time OnTrac have failed to deliver to me...

they are without doubt the most unreliable and unaccountable company in the business!

How lazy can you be? Worst delivery service ever.

Instead of bringing my package to the door, the OnTrac driver literally left it sitting in my driveway on a trailer. Completely exposed and nowhere near the front door.

If you can't even take the extra few seconds to properly deliver a package to someone's door, you shouldn't be delivering packages. Absolutely ridiculous service.

The take pictures of the delivery in it don't be there I believe that they take it completely disgusting workers
