Onward are reliable and efficient.
When I had to choose between The Council collection and Onward, I was fed up with the constant price increases put in place by the council, so I tried the cheaper option. From the start, I was impressed with Onward. They have good online communication, friendly and efficient and they tell you way in advance when your collection dates will be. And this is always on the designated day, the driver respecting your bin and property. I would recommend them to anyone.

Hi Mary, thank you for your review. We’re sorry this caused frustration.
To clarify, the bin was delivered to the shipping address provided on the order you placed. We were later advised that you had intended to renew a different customer’s account, rather than place a new order for a bin at that address.
Once this was raised with us, the order was refunded, and the removal of the bin was arranged. While the order was placed in error, we appreciate the removal took longer than you would have liked, and we apologise for any inconvenience caused.

I have been using onward waste since lockdown .
I find them very good ,I can't always get my bin curbside but after phoning and explaining why they collected it from behind the hedge.
I also like the fact that they will do extra collections as well .

You collect the bin OK, however it needs to be placed back in the position it is taken from.

Having reviewed the collection and discussed it with you, we understand the concern was that the bin had been returned to the pavement or grass verge outside your house rather than the garden path. As this is a kerbside collection service, our teams aim to return bins as close as reasonably possible to their collection point, and we have reminded our crews to take extra care when returning containers.
