Reliable, friendly, great service always pick up gardening waste on time so no complaints from me, they also keep their costs down, which is a bonus

Helpful staff! My garden waste gets collected every month. And I put it out so it doesn’t block my driveway. When it’s picked up the driver always puts it back in the same spot which I’m extremely happy about. Thank you xxx

Great service always turn up when they say. Always polite when you ring

Contacted them by email on 23 April about our holiday let cottage waste recycling and general waste not been collected since Easter break. Phoned on 27 April and again today 28 April, both calls promised a call back. Calls not returned. We need a reliable waste collection on a weekly basis but can’t get a response. Three working days since original email, two phone calls and no progress.
All now sorted and explanation given with apologies. Happy with their response so changed rating.

Last week my waste was not collected.(31.3.26) I have an arrangement for it to be collected from the house as it is too heavy for me to put by the road and it was not collected. It was eventually collected after I telephoned.

I am so glad that I changed to Onward Waste years ago, I always put my garden waste bin out at night, because they usually arrive at 7am, and they always put the bin back in the usual place, can't fault them at all. Brilliant
