Excellent service as always

Quick and efficient service - usually turn up when they say they will, or contact me if there's a delay. Would be useful if collections could be booked online for the filled sacks rather than having to phone in.

Not a great service. Website is confused and confusing. The customer is not informed when the pick up will take place ... unless you phone up. Doesn't always come on the agreed day. This is really annoying when you are trying to organise a pick up from somewhere you are working, rather than living. You end up with an annoyed customer, bins still being full and having to return to a job 4 days in a row. Communication needs to be improved before we use this company again.

The service is very good, generally the collection is within a few days, however sometimes it has been up to a week. It would benefit from a notification via txt or email of the collection date.
