Onyc is a scam company. I ordered footwear worth 3k from there website, paid it online. It has been 2 weeks and I have not received my order. No response from their side no contact nothing. Shame on these guys.

Worst e-commerce store I've seen in India.

Ordered something for my kid on Apr 4, delivery date showed as Apr 7th on my pincode.

Today is Apr 7 and the product hasn't even shipped yet. Day after tomorrow is my daughter's bday. And now I don't have those bunch of shoes that I choose for her.

Tried emailing these nincompoops and no reply. Whatsapp number they have listed on site? Its FAKE. You call on that number? IVR disconnects your call.
Its been 2 working days and I haven't got a single message or call from these scammers.

Typical LALA Ji company behaviour. I will be filing a consumer case against them tomorrow evening.

I never received my order, it was fully paid. The delivery partner has updated that parcel is untraceable. Neither they are issuing a refund because they have not received the returned product which I never returned or received. Pretty big scam they run. Rosy ads..but pathetic service

Worst shopping experience till date with any e commerce website, ordered shoes for my kid on 30th dec prepaid order, it's 8th Jan still order not even shipped when I asked there support they are making lame excuses, I told them to return my money, they are telling me to wait till shipment arrives then reject it, and then they will give me refund. My order number is 268311
