An excellent team who are always helpful and have high standards as you might expect from a Ducati dealership. I just wish they were open on Sundays but its worth the effort to get there.

This is really simple.. don't go anywhere else (even for advice) before you've been to On Yer Bike!

There are essentially three customer facing teams at OYB and they are all outstanding! The team in the show room are friendly, cheerful, incredibly knowledgeable and complete professionals. Of course, you can have any bike you can afford but Mike and the team have great integrity and will not recommend a bike that you're either not suited to or that won't meet your needs.. that V4S is going to have to wait a little longer for me :-)

The team in the clothing store could not be more helpful, whether it's over the phone or in the store. John, Alastair and the whole team are experienced, enthusiastic and most important, patient when you're trying gear on. They are full of great advice, nothing is too much trouble for them and they will bend over backwards to get you the gear you want. The next day delivery service by DPD is also exceptional.

Last but not least, the team in the servicing department are just bloody brilliant! They are generous with their advice, keen to listen to any issues you might have and keen to allay your fears or put them right. They'll never rush you and want you to be completely satisfied with the service that they've given. Thank you to Ian and all the engineers in the workshop.

In addition to all of the above, OYB is just a great place to go for a ride out. The area at the front is a perfect meet up venue and buzzing with fellow bikers and their beautifully engineered masterpieces! The tea wagon does a mean sausage & egg bap and the whole experience leaves me with that 'feel good' factor.

Found the helmet I wanted at the best price anywhere. Very easy to use website with good information. Free delivery on this item which arrived exactly when stated. Perfect.

I placed an order online with this company but had a problem at checkout when the site took me back to the home page without sending me any confirmations or receipt. The next day I received an email saying they were aware of the issue and asked me to confirm what I had ordered. Less than 24 hours later my order arrived. All sorted out without me having to chase or provide and order reference. Excellent customer service. I would highly recommend buying from here.

I ordered a Ducati Horizon helmet they haven't got one in stock but a few minutes later they messaged me and said they could get one and it was delivered the very next day I shall certainly recommend these and will use again thanks again Jimmy

have today taken delivery of the 4th Ducati (streetfighter V4s) I have purchased from Ducati aylesbury - I have never been less than delighted with the service I have received from both the sales and the service department. Mike in sales was spot on, arranging a test drive and sorting out a less than simple purchase (buying it through my company) without any drama at all. Ian in service has always given me first class service.

I have just taken delivery of my 70 reg Ducati Supersport S and I am absolutely delighted. The whole experience was magnificent, exciting and first class, from the initial viewing to test ride and collection. The customer service I received throughout from Mike was professional but relaxed and without pressure at any time. This is a wonderful dealership with all the sales team being very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. Obviously I ventured into the clothing and parts department with my discount voucher they were also very helpful indeed. All in all this has been an exceptional experience, one that I will no doubt repeat, if age will permits. The company should be very proud of all their staff, they are a credit to you. The Ducati SuperSport S is fantastic too.

A pleasant customer service that makes a positive environment is half of success, so I pretty like this service and the products are of high quality.

Found a nice jacket on their website rang and spoke to the clothing department around lunch time paid and was sent out for delivery arrived next day at 08:30am very quick fast service thanks.

5* Service from all departments here. I was highly recommended this place by friends and I am so glad I went. I purchased a bike with the salesmen offering a no pressure sales environment plus they were extremely knowledgeable. I was given a discount voucher for the clothing dept where I got my full kit from the staff. With so much choice, it was ideal having the staff walk me through all of the different options and what would suit me best for my bike and the travel I was going to be taking on. I was also given a discount card for the service dept so I will be sure to visit there once my first service is due. Can’t recommend On Yer Bike enough, stellar service.
