Great quality ski wear, totally retro cool, but right up there in terms of warmth, comfort and keeping you dry!

Appalling customer service. I ordered some items and paid a high price for their express delivery option as required the items to arrive timely before a trip.
I made the order then decided to check reviews after and noticed a lot of negative reviews re slow delivery. I subsequently cancelled the order within 20 mins and sent emails confirming this.
These were ignored and the dispatch of the items were both late but also sent second class delivery when I had paid a premium for express.
Had the items been sent 1st class like advised I’d have received the items on time.
Having gone back and forth with customer service as I had to send items back when I returned home. They have not only not refunded the premium postage I paid but have also taken off a further £4 so I’m £11 down from their mistakes.
Their customer service also admitted fault in email trails and then back tracked and they have point blank refused to refund.
Be aware of this all before buying.

The product is colorfully qualitative, quite fit and a bit oversize (don’t mind much the size chart). The tape protecting the zippers was a chore to remove.

Just ordered a couple of bits in the sale. Had an issue getting free delivery. Contacted Carl on live chat, Carl worked really hard to get it sorted for me but couldn't get it to work so refunded the postage to me straight away. Was really happy with the service. Thanks 😊

Het pak is ECHT geweldig! ORIGINEEL en kleurrijk, geweldig! De maat is top en de service en levering zijn super.
Daarnaast heb ik heel veel vragen gehad van andere wintersporters waar mijn pak van was.

Great products, I’ve had one of there ski suits for 5 years and it still works perfectly, I buy a few of their t-shirts and swimming trunks when I have the extra cash because their products are pretty neat. They’re very helpful when I had questions about my orders and I’d recommend them to anyone who is going skiing and likes a lot of colour.

At 56, I thought my skiing vibe was “warm cocoa and sit down”, but this medium ski suit turned me into a full‑blown snow diva 😎✨. It fits like it was tailored by the Alpine gods, keeps me warmer than my boiler, and has strangers wondering if I’m training for the Winter Olympics.

If you want to look fabulous, feel unstoppable, and mildly intimidate younger skiers, this is the suit. Absolute 10/10. 🔥🏔️

Despite a few initial shipping hiccups, the customer support team resolved everything smoothly and efficiently. The ski suit looks even better in person and the fit matches the size guide perfectly. Really satisfied with both the product and the overall experience.

I absolutely love my new ski suit. It is exactly what I was looking for, with a perfect colour mix. The materials are strong and resilient. I could not rate the staff more highly - I ordered my suit to Switzerland and had some changes to make to my order and they really could not have been more helpful. Thank you so much!

I ordered an OOSC fleece via asos brand partners. The order was fulfilled by OOSC, but the wrong colour was sent.

OOSC customer services were responsive (once I’d found the email in my junk folder), and offered to replace the item for the correct colour.

Thankfully ASOS refunded the item, but the process was not smooth (I suspect this was on ASOS side, rather than OOSC).

Probably better to order via OOSC direct in future, rather than via ASOS brand partners

I'll start by saying, my partner and I received like 20 compliments, nods and smiles while wearing OOSC on the slopes. In addition to the great looks, they are very comfortable, warm and well made. I ski in Canada so was a bit worried about the cold. No issues at all!

One thing that was a slight issue was that I ordered a smaller size and needed to exchange for a bigger one. While customer service was quick to respond, it did take 2 weeks to verify that my return package was delivered to the warehouse for them to issue my store credit. But delivery was super fast and all was good at the end of the day

I’m so happy they offer a shaped option for curvier figures.

Sizing can be a bit tricky at first, but the OOSC team was incredibly helpful in guiding me, and their free exchange policy made the whole process stress-free.

Happy with both the product and the customer service.

Also, auf der Piste konnte ich ihn noch nicht testen, denke aber anhand des Aufbaus und der Materialbeschaffenheit, dass ich nicht frieren werde.

Optisch und Verarbeitungstechnisch macht der Onesie einen super Eindruck.

Damit er beim Snowboarden etwas lockerer Sitzt habe ich ihn bewusst eine Nummer Größer gekauft. Durch den integrierten Gürtel sitzt er aber dennoch wie er soll.

Mein Verbesserungsvorschlag für Männer wäre ein Reißverschluss, der in beide Richtungen öffnet.

OOSC Clothing is a fabulous brand, their clothing is bright, different and feels great to wear. I bought the pink leopard print gym gear - almost the whole line because I loved it so much! But there was so much more choices that I loved I will definitely be buying more stuff from them in the future. I also have to comment on their fantastic customer service. Carly couldn’t have been more helpful or pleasant when I had a question about my order. Great experience and great company!

I bought the Yeh Man jacket and pants in forest green for my recent ski trip. The quality and sizing are perfect and there are enough pockets that I don’t need to carry a bag.
I also bought the zebra goggles which are also amazing quality and look really cool. Would recommend to anyone!
