Love my chic black tiger ski suit so much! Such a great fit and the quality is amazing. Also got the matching black tiger goggles. Had so many compliments. Can’t wait to wear them again next year. Highly recommend Oosc!

The product arrived quickly and from my brief inspection of it, it appeared to be of very good quality and design was fun, colourful and as described on the website. However, my joy of ownership was short lived as I tried it on. Prior to ordering the product, I measured myself, as per guidance, and referred to the sizing chart on the website. None of the measurements actually went up to my waist measurement, which would have normally have put me off immediately, but past experience with other online sites told me to ignore this, as I lack an actual waist, with the figure of a lamp post, straight up & down, all be it slightly thicker than it used to be. I ordered the XL, from the range for the fuller figure, which still did not meet my waist size, but was not far off. I am just under 5ft 10in tall too, so not short.
The XL suit absolutely buried me and hung Way past the end of all my limbs!! The waist was ample with room to spare, which just made the rest of it huge around me. Sadly it had to be returned and was in my possession for less than an hour! I was off on my ski trip the very next morning, so I went for refund over replacement. All customer service contacts were swift and helpful during both order and returns.
One problem with my initial order was that the system allowed me to order an item, that, by the time my order got to processing, it had sold out! So they got in touch, very quickly to notify me AND allowed me to select another suit at the same cost as the item I had chosen at a sale price, so this was good. But perhaps the system needs tweaking so that items are removed more timely as they sell out.
Re sizing, I am a standard UK 16. If I choose to purchase a suit from here next season, then perhaps I will ignore the size guidelines and just order the Large.

I bought an item from them but it didn’t fit.
It seems that on arranging the return I accidentally clicked that I wanted store credit rather than a refund .
This was human error .
As soon as I got an email with the credit note I emailed them back to ask them to cancel the credit and issue a refund .
They refused to do this .
Very much a case of ‘computer says no ‘.
I definitely don’t recommend - very impersonal and hardline approach

The ski suit is actually good and for the price you paid it it was unexpected. The shipping was good right on time the overall experience was nice.

Received the hotstepper base layer for my first ever ski trip! It was super soft, comfortable and the colours were lovely and vibrant! I received so many compliments and it was a hit during Après Ski time 🥰 10/10

I had an amazing experience with OOSC Clothing. The ski suit I wore was not only beautiful but also extremely comfortable and high quality. The material feels premium, keeps you warm on the slopes, and the fit is perfect. It’s rare to find ski clothing that combines style and performance so well.

I received so many compliments while snowboarding and felt confident and comfortable the entire time. You can really see the attention to detail in the design and fabric.

Very pleased with my recent experience with OOSC. I ordered 2 ski suits and had to contact customer services who came back to me really quickly.
Returned one suit which was easy to do and my return and refund was processed quickly which I really appreciated.
One thing, I wish they stocked more separate jackets and pants as my husband prefers these to a suit. Also the inside leg of the ski suit is quite a bit longer than his current ski pants (Dare2B), he's actually walking on them in bare feet (he's a medium and is 5'10"). As they'll sit on the ski boots they'll be ok but shorter people might have an issue.
Overall great stuff and great service and I would definitely order from OOSC again.

Ware nicht angekommen .

Ich habe die Ware am 9.01.2026 bestellt aber das Paket ist zu mir nie angekommen. Bei der Bestellung auf Grund hohen Betrag, ich habe extra SWAP Versicherung gebucht . Trotz diese Versicherung und ein Fall Meldung beim Support, ich habe bis heute den 6.03..2026 kein Geld zurückbekommen!

Goods not arrived.

I ordered the goods on 9.01.2026 but the package never arrived to me. When ordering due to a high amount, I have booked extra SWAP insurance. Despite this insurance and a case report to support, I have not received any money back until today, March 6, 2026!

!!! Beware of buying from OOSC !!!

Bis heute kein Geld zurückbekommen! Support nur schreibt aber, ob was macht ...... ist fragwürdig! Lange Wartezeiten für Antwort von Support und damit ohne Resultate. Wirklich enttäuscht! Keine Ware und auch kein Geld zurück!

No money back to this day! Support only writes but whether what does ...... is questionable! Long waiting times for response from support and thus without results. Really disappointed! No goods and no money back!

Quick shipping; I was relieved the suit fit me like a glove, with plenty of room to move and be active in the snow. excited to be a warm snow bunny.

Excellent service from OOSC. Carly was really helpful and made everything easy. Friendly, quick to respond, and great to deal with. Thanks again for the support!

Outstanding customer service.

I ordered a ski jacket Saturday for snowboxx. I contacted customer support to advise this was urgent and it was delivered today from the UK. Exceptionally service from Carly in ensuring I received my jacket on time. Products are extremely high quality better than many further jackets I have tried on. I previously ordered base layers and the quality and vibrancy is Exceptionally. I would highly recommend OOSC for both quality of products and a level of customer service which is outstanding.

I got to wear my new jumpsuit this past weekend in Tahoe and absolutely loved it! It was plenty warm but had great ventilation when I needed it. I love the colors, bright and happy, true to what you see online, with high quality fabrics and robust zippers. I loved the belt sinching me in at the waist as well. I wore it with the leopard under shirt, which kept me the right temperature on both the warm and the cold day. Also got a bathing suit for the hot tub, loved it too! I got many compliments on all the pieces! :D

Additionally, OOSC was really great to work with when I had to swap sizes. I originally ordered an XS curvy due to the sizing chart, but had to swap sizes for a small curvy (I'm 5'3", 140 lbs). The return and redelivery were covered and came pretty quickly considering the distance.

Love OOSC, highly recommend!

Oosc is my go-to ski brand. I’m the proud owner of two ski suits as they are top quality with lots of a fab technical details. I get so many compliments whilst out on the mountain! The base layers and snoods are also fantastic! To top it off, customer service is excellent. I had to get a refund on a product (incorrect order) and it was sorted the next day - very impressive!
