I LOVE my ski suit - i got a raindow all in one and it fits perfectly and i’ve gotten so many compliments on it. I did however buy it at outlet and got to try on different sizes so i can’t comment on the online purchasing process.

Delivery is soo fast and the ski suits are just amazing!!

These suits are the best stylish and comfortable and functional for skiing! Keeps me warm and plenty of pockets for storing items. I own two suits!

Such a disappointment. Online sizing guide was inaccurate, so kit was too big; paid £12 for express delivery, but they delivered late (not the courier’s error); misrepresented their returns policy on the website; customer service ignored my emails or were unhelpful in their responses. All in all, I didn’t have any kit for my ski trip.

Fast delivery and great quality products. The base layers are so comfy I want to wear them all day every day.

My husband and me both have 3 or 4 bits of OOSC gear and love them!! So nice to wear, really comfy and help us stand out on the slopes! Will definitely get more!

Fleece vest is geleverd met vies vlekje.
Aftersales is erg slecht. Late reactie en nu moet ik het eerst terugsturen. Gaan ze het checken en daarna krijg ik pas een nieuwe opgestuurd. Gaat zo niet op tijd zijn voor de wintersport. Jammer wel.

Great company and trustworthy. My gloves are fantastic. Great communication. Although delivery was a tad slow in this day and age and there was complications due to the Christmas period with deliveries etc I was contacted and supported immediately. Item arrived in good time. I have an oosc suit and it is great quality. I highly recommend this company. I will be shopping here again in future.

The ski suit I ordered for my daughter was cute but didn’t fit quite right so I wanted to return it. I emailed to make sure I could return if after Xmas and received a reply saying that would not be an issue and that returns were accepted within 30 days. It DID NOT mention that if you buy an item on sale (like black Friday sale) it is not eligible for a refund, only store credit or exchange. i had her try it on before Xmas and was well within the 30 days but they would only offer store credit. Do not buy anything offered with any sort of discount! I would have paid full price had I known. It is so buried in the terms that you have to go digging for it. Bad way of doing business! Too many other nice ski clothing sites that don’t have this policy. Don’t get stuck with a $550 ski suit that doesn’t fit! They also wanted me to pay shipping if I exchanges it for something else. I will cut my losses and hope nobody else gets burned by this company.

Appalling customer service. Confirmed they’ve received my returned order but still not refunded!! It’s over £400! I can’t believe businesses can operate like this

Thank you for my order. The ordering process was easy and the delivery arrived very promptly. The only issue I have is that there was no option to have samples posted out to trial sizing - the size guide was great but I do think it might be over generous. Please don’t take this as a massive criticism - the product are great, and the service has been great too.
Would happily buy from OOSC again.

Selling out of stock items online and the does not notify customer of it being out of stock nor has a an estimate of when it will be back in stock.

Great product and material. Bought as a Christmas present so hopefully will be liked on Christmas Day.
