Terrible. Waited 14 days to receive the order. Contacted customer care, but haven’t receive a final reply where my parcel is. I received the parcel on after waiting 16 days, the item too big, now to exchange you want me to pay a fee for the courier even though you say such fee applies only for refunds! Worst experience! Waiting customer care to solve this issue! Let’s see!

Lieferung zu groß. Retourenschein fehlt. Online ist der Retourenschein nicht ohne weiteres zu erhalten. Jetzt muss ich erstmal ne Mail schreiben. Nervig!

Der Link für die Retoure ist in einer der zahlreichen Mails ganz am Ende versteckt. Der Retouren-Button auf der Website ist nicht zu finden sondern nur als Direktlink (zum Beispiel hier im Kommentar von OOSC) zu finden.
Der Versand der Retoure kann nur mit Kreditkarte bezahlt werden. Der Skianzug konnte mit vielen gängigen Zahlungsmethoden abgewickelt werden.
Ein Schelm wer denkt, dass OOSC die Retoure möglichst aufwendig machen will...

Das Produkt an sich ist gut. Vom Retourenservice bin ich mehr als enttäuscht. Am Ende hat es funktioniert. Nach knappen drei Wochen war das Ersatzprodukt da. Daher zwei Sterne statt einem Stern.

Fast shipping to Germany, quality looks good so far. Will update after the season, if there is no update expect that everything went well

Item sent back. They received it two weeks ago. Still no refund. I have tried emailing. No response. They emailed to confirm receipt of item2 weeks ago, email states a refund can take ‘several days’. Well OOSC. Two weeks is unnecessary. I suggest you sort your processes out a little quicker. I won’t bother ordering again because you’ve never know if you get you your £349 quid back!!! Ridiculous

I never received the package, it was delivered at a wrong adress

Paid express to have items delivered but didn't get notification on unavailable items until a while later. The refund process also took time.

The shipment links they send to the emails do not work so there is no chance of tracking shipment until it gets to you.

Ski suit I ordered is perfect, stylish and well crafted. OOSC clothing team is responsive and I had a nice contact. Truly recomnend.

The suit is great, but the gloves where to big for a Medium size

Ordered items from OOSC via ASOS. When needing to return £94.50 worth of items ASOS advised had to be returned directly to OOSC. No returns slip was included in my parcel so had to wait for OOSC to email one, they emailed a QR code or royal mail label to send the parcel back which I did. Still no refund, and no response on social media when asked how they will know the parcel is even from me and how they will refund me given purchased through ASOS. My friend is in the exact same position as we bought the same items to wear at an event. Communication and customer service has been awful. Just want my refund especially at this time of year.

Ordered an item in October and paid for it, later turned out that they didn't have stock of the item, and was asked if I minded waiting until the beginning of November as they were moving warehouses and needed to get correct stock levels. I agreed to this, however, it is now nearing the end of November, my item is in stock but OOSC are not replying to my two emails sent asking for an update, nobody ever answers the phone. Have purchased from OOSC before with no issues, but the customer service at the moment is diabolical. Someone needs to contact me urgently.
