Thank you for your feedback, I’ve taken the time to review your order history in detail.

Out of your 8 orders, 4 were dispatched the same day, 3 were dispatched the next working day, and 1 was dispatched within 2 days.

It’s important to note that all of these orders included multiple customised products. The order that took 2 days to dispatch contained over 40 customised items and was placed just 10 minutes before our cut-off time.

While our same-day dispatch cut-off generally applies across our website, orders with a high volume of customised products, particularly those placed later in the day, can sometimes require additional processing time, meaning we’re not always able to meet that deadline.

We would highly recommend placing your orders as early as possible in the day, so we have as much time as possible to despatch your order that day.

Regarding shipping, we do not offer slower delivery options, so next working day delivery is our standard service rather than a paid upgrade.

We genuinely value your business and feedback, and I hope this added context helps. As a small business yourself, we’re sure you understand how impactful reviews can be, so we would really appreciate it if you would consider updating your review.
