I give your firm and Carla 5 stars

I give your firm and Carla 5 stars; but the recommended agent 0 stars.

I was extremely impressed with Carla from your office who rang me the very next day after I checked out your website. She said she was going to send my contact details to a nearby Real Estate agent who she said should be contacting me the very next day (Friday). More than a week later I still haven't heard from the agent. This 'agent' is undoing all the fantastic work Carla did and is letting your organisation down.

Open agent have not called me back after an experience with the agents they recommended.
No faith whatsoever in these people.

Open Agent helped me find the correct Real Estate Agent...

Open Agent helped me find the correct Real Estate Agent in the area I was selling property. Open Agent gave me a couple of option agents and both were excellent choices though I had to choose one. Open Agent continued to update me via email/sms of the properties in the vicinity of where I was selling therefore this information gave me an understanding and confidence on how the property markets are operating during the current global economy. Susan from Open Agent is very helpful providing me with all the information above. I highly recommend to sign up to Open Agent. The Auction was truly a success. I'm happy with the choice of
Real Estate Agent.

I Had never heard off open agent and


I Had never heard off open agent and the agent they recommended for me to use is getting me an extra $55000 for my house ..they were polite and courteous
