Firstly support was great, got to speak to a real person who knew what they were doing. Saved almost $40, 000 in agents fees. Overall experience was very good.

We accepted an offer on our large vacant block within 2weeks of listing.
The Staff were very helpful and professional, with the process being straight forward and quite simple.
My only concern was the method of Offer and acceptance between seller and buyer is a little clunky and maybe a little bit more clarification and earlier preparation on our part will alleviate this situation.
We will definitely be using Buymyplace in the future.

The process and systems to get the add published and up and run are excellent as is on line support, thank you. My only concern is that the method of contact between seller and buyer is a little clunky, I am not completely sure that is clear in the add in terms of phone numbers and emails, I would prefer my number and email appeared in the add, maybe I've missed something.

The process is straight forward. The support is prompt and assuring. This is my second time . You have to be prepared to screen the potential buyers at all hours and just be honest with your responses but be consistent and stay positive . Property valuation was probably underdone this time but it sold quickly and that was probably more important rather than dragging on .

The website was easy to navigate and use. Your sales staff and site staff were very helpful and encouraging.
