Die 0% Finanzierung ist halt echt ein no-brainer

Seit jetzt schon 8 Monaten passiert gar nichts, obwohl ich Amazon Visa mehrfach kontaktiert habe. Erstmal gab es einen Fehler bei einer Onlinezahlung und trotzdem wurde mir das Geld abgezogen! Und ich kann seit 5 Monaten nicht mehr mit der Karte zahlen. Jedes Mal bekommt man die Antwort, der Fall wird an eine Fachabteilung weiterleitet, aber es passiert einfach nichts. Sehr schlechter Kundensupport, schlechter geht’s gar nicht!

Ich würde gerne Minuspunkte vergeben, aber das geht leider nicht.
Die Openpay Bank Deutschland schickt mir immer wieder Zahlungsaufdorderumgen, obwohl ich bereits pünktlich gezahlt habe. Auf Emails zur Klärung des Sachverhalts reagieren sie nicht, obwohl der Eingang meiner Emails bestätigt wurde. Telefonisch sind sie nicht erreichbar. In meinen Augen Betrüger.

Sehr unkompliziert und einfache Durchführung und gesamte Vorgehensweise.

**Absolutely disastrous customer service**

I have now contacted Openbank Pay **four times** by phone to cancel this Amazon Visa account. I cannot log in, I cannot create a proper account or password, and the card has **never been used**.

My daughter apparently clicked on the Amazon Visa option during an Amazon order about a year ago. I immediately tried to cancel it, and ever since I have been going in circles.

Every time I call, I am told the same thing: *“It’s cancelled now, you only need to pay €4.26 and you will never receive another email.”*
**Not true.**

I received yet another payment email last week. I called again, and once again I was promised that someone would look into it and contact me. **I never heard back.**

The whole process feels completely unprofessional and, quite frankly, **borderline fraudulent**. You cannot resolve anything properly by email, the emails are repetitive standard responses, the login system does not work for me, and even after speaking to customer service multiple times, nothing actually gets resolved.

I don’t even live in Germany — I live in Asia — which makes having to repeatedly call Germany to solve a simple cancellation even more ridiculous.

I just want this matter **closed once and for all**, with written confirmation that the account is cancelled and that I will receive no further payment demands.

**Openbank Pay needs to seriously improve both its customer service and its website.**

Unkomplizierter, automatisierter Authentifizierungs- und Zahlungsprozess, sehr gute Kommunikation, Übersichtliche App.

Easy to use. Self explanatory interface. Excellent customer service and turn around time in the chat option.

Customer in Germany here. I'm very happy with the way I was able to pay for my Apple iPhone in installments. One year later, upgrading to the new model was just as easy and transparent. I will definitely keep using Openbank Pay, especially for Apple products.

Ich habe gestern bereits mein zweites iPhone über Openbank finanziert. Alles geht unheimlich schnell und problemlos.

Ausgezeichneter Service! Der Zahlungsvorgang war schnell, einfach und sicher. Alles funktionierte reibungslos ohne Probleme. Ich würde Openbank Pay auf jeden Fall wieder verwenden und es sehr empfehlen.

Der Antrag war sehr einfach. Die App ist sehr übersichtlich und gut bedienbar. Alles bestens.

Leider sehr enttäuschend. Trotz guter Bonität wurde meine 0%-Finanzierung für einen Einkauf bei Apple abgelehnt. Das Ganze ist für mich überhaupt nicht nachvollziehbar, zumal ich bei der Anfrage lediglich mein Geburtsdatum & Namen angeben musste. Weitere Angaben oder Nachweise wurden gar nicht abgefragt.
Wie anhand dieser wenigen Angaben eine solche Entscheidung getroffen wird, ist für mich nicht verständlich. Wirkt leider ziemlich willkürlich. Hätte mir hier deutlich mehr Transparenz gewünscht.

Sehr schnelle und einfache Abwicklung der Bezahlung von Apple Produkten. Nutze die Bank schon seit Jahren und hatte nie Probleme.
