Gern möchten wir klarstellen, dass wir die Haltbarkeit unserer Produkte sorgfältig überwachen. Das auf der Verpackung aufgedruckte Datum ist das Herstellungsdatum der jeweiligen Charge. Die Haltbarkeit des Produkts beträgt zwei Jahre ab Produktionsdatum und ein Jahr nach dem Öffnen.

Vielen Dank auch für Ihre Ehrlichkeit — es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass der Duft der Creme für Sie unangenehm war und dass Ihre Erfahrung nicht Ihren Erwartungen entsprochen hat.

Auf unserer Website weisen wir darauf hin, dass aufgrund der hohen Konzentration an aktiven Inhaltsstoffen unser Körpercreme einen stärkeren Duft haben kann als herkömmliche Körperpflegeprodukte. Dies beeinträchtigt in keiner Weise die Sicherheit oder Wirksamkeit der Formulierung.

Unser Shower Power Gel und unsere Acid Cloud Cream sind sorgfältig mit Salicylsäure und anderen aktiven Wirkstoffen formuliert, um die Haut sanft zu peelen, zu reinigen und zu pflegen. Wir verstehen jedoch vollkommen, dass Duftempfinden eine sehr persönliche Wahrnehmung ist und von jeder Person unterschiedlich erlebt wird.

Wir legen stets großen Wert darauf, wirksame Formulierungen zu entwickeln, die der Haut einen echten Nutzen bringen, und schätzen Rückmeldungen wie Ihre sehr — sie helfen uns, uns kontinuierlich zu verbessern.

We are really sorry to hear that the scent of the cream didn’t meet your expectations. Fragrance preferences can be very personal, and we genuinely appreciate you giving our product a try.

As noted on our website—and also mentioned before checkout—the body cream may have a more noticeable scent than usual due to its high concentration of active ingredients. This doesn’t affect the product’s effectiveness or safety, and we’re truly grateful for your understanding.

Our Shower Power Gel and Acid Cloud Cream are carefully formulated with salicylic acid and other active ingredients to gently cleanse and nourish the skin. However, we understand that preferences, such as scent, can vary, and we’re sorry this didn’t meet your expectations.

To help you get the most out of our products, we’d like to share a couple of tips. For the Shower Power Gel, letting it sit on your skin for a few minutes before rinsing off allows the active ingredients to penetrate more effectively, maximizing their benefits. Additionally, increasing the frequency of use from 2–3 times a week to 5–6 times a week can provide more consistent exposure to the active ingredients, which may help you see better results over time.

We’re truly sorry that this experience fell short for you, but your feedback is incredibly valuable. It helps us improve and continue to create products that deliver both effective results and an enjoyable experience.
