Abysmal Customer Service
Abysmal customer service. I have no idea how companies expect to stay in business if they cannot comprehend grammatically pristine and sequentially written English language requests. We simply wanted to refer my mom to the company after placing an order. The referral button was not working. I took a screen shot, explained the situation, and THREE separate âserviceâ personnel proceeded to advise me on a completely different issue. It was as if they all were reading a totally different customer email. They were curt as well, hence the one star. I placed one order and while my dog liked the food, we donât do business with ignorance anymore, and quality service is of the utmost importance to me when spending our hard earned money especially in this economy. The LEAST they can do for a $100+ dollar of food is fully read my email and treat us with respect. Also it took forever to arrive. I would wait though of they treated me like a human the first three interactions. A supervisor finally responded on day five of the issue but by them I was done. Five days later. Five. Lol!
