Purina Pro Plan wet cat food (Turkey & Vegetable) has nearly 50% tomatoes in the can and not inexpensive by any means! When I scoop out tomatoes which my cats hate, a 3 oz can turns into a 1 oz. can. Shame on them! This means way more profit since canned tomatoes are very cheap.
Not worth your time
The app at first, but then a couple months ago when I submitted my receipt, it said nothing about there being a problem. Then later (after I threw the receipt away) I get a notification that I need to resubmit.
Today, when I tried uploading a receipt, I had to take 2 pictures because the receipt was long. Then when I click continue, the app kept closing out. It isn't worth my time so I'm removing the app.

Lousy customer service. No one will answer the phone.
I have been attempting to receive a coupon that I redeemed with points earned for Purina ProPlan Sport. Been 6 weeks and no coupon as of yet. Been on hold for one hour 20 minutes! That’s after being hung up on. They don’t even provide an email so that you can contact them. Only a snail mail address. When they charge $90 for a 33 lb bag of dog food I expect better customer service. I have read some pretty lousy reviews as I’ve been on hold. Makes me wonder if there was an issue with their food that no one would talk to me.

Meine Katzen lieben, das Futter von Felix (purina). Als kleiner Zusatz, war der Felix Club eine tolle Sache, weil man Punkte sammeln konnte und dementsprechend auch zusätzlich tolle Prämien sammeln konnte... Jetzt wurde dieser offensichtlich angepasst, sodass es nur noch Ramsch als Prämien gibt.. es lohnt sich also nicht mehr.. im besten Fall Geld sparen, wenn die Katzen auch anderes essen....

The packaging has recently changed so I'm presuming so has the recipe as it now makes both my cats violently sick.

When you order the coupons with the points that you earn, you have to fight them to get it, email them several times and then they'll give you some excuse why they won't like their. Don't like your attitude. Well g. I wonder why people would have an and attitude when they're not getting what they've ordered and legitimately paid for without having to struggle and email them several times. Don't bother using it. It's a waste of time!
Frustrating and Time Consuming
In the beginning the app was great. I uploaded my receipts and received my points , no problem. Now I have to upload my receipts multiple times because they get rejected "too blurry" when it's very legible and clear on upload; or in some cases it's rejected because "this receipt has already been submitted" when I just purchased the product(s) minutes before uploading; I don't get credit for all the products I bought on a receipt; when contacting customer service the rep says I am correcting the problem for you now (especially "Roma"), but checking even the next day it is not corrected. And lately, whereas rewards used to arrive in the mail within 7 to 10 days (usually sooner), my last coupons took 4 weeks. Extremely frustrating.

I had an excellent experience with Purina's online sales. Because some reviews were so polar opposite to my experience, I want to be clear that I purchased directly from Purina at shop.purina.com. I had purchase their probiotic at the advice of my veterinarian. Purchase was handled perfectly and I did save some cash by buying directly from Purina.

Ho una cagnolina meticcia da pochi giorni ha compiuto 14 anni ,ma già a pochi anni di vita ,ho scoperto che alla fine allergica alle crocchette al pollo ,quindi cambiato (andato dal veterinario, che ci ha consigliato di sospendere tale gusto)nell'Estate 2025 è stata male dermatite, controllando a tutti i gusti c'è sempre olio di pollo ,sempre controllata da una dermatologa per animali, ho dovuto buttare tutti le varie specialità-in breve perché c'é sempre questo olio , cosa devo pensare di che origine lo sia visto che dal dottore ho sentito diversi possessori di cani e tutti che ne vanno soggetti, e ciò mi fa pensare (Alle Mucche PAZZE).

Wat een top service! Ik had aangegeven dat mijn hondje vanwege medische klachten over moest stappen naar Purina HA en ik vroeg het bedrijf om een proefzakje omdat ik een moeilijke eter heb. Ik was aangenaam verrast toen ik het pakket binnenkreeg en het bleek een normale grote zak te zijn van 3 kg. Zomaar gekregen, uit service. Wat een geweldige service. In 1 woord: BEDANKT! Erg dankbaar voor. En het mooie is… mijn hondje lust het ook! 🙏🏻 Purina, nogmaals hartelijk dank!
Great dry food all my cats will eat — wet treats they love too
I feed my cats Friskies dry food because it’s the only dry they all consistently eat, and Fancy Feast wet food as an occasional snack — they go crazy for it. Overall I’m happy with how well both products work for my multi-cat household.

Ever since Covid hit Fancy Feast has decrease on value. Their price has sky rocketed and stabilized at Covid pricing allowing share holders huge profits.
Lately the Florentine labeled cat food has been canned with primavera cat food. I called fancy feast on their 800 number (866) 979-2470 and was on hold for five minutes before reaching some one. After explaining that their Fancy feast Primavera cat food is mislabeled as Florentine and it has gotten me three times already. The people at pet smart don’t believe it’s happening and just shrug it off. In the meantime when it happens it requires me to drive 15 miles back to pet smart to return it and get a refund. Three times already. So I called to complain. After telling the first person she said give me two minutes so I can find who to transfer you to: 3 minutes later she comes back and says exactly the same thing. 3 minutes later she says let me transfer you to the right department. 8 more minutes on hold and another person picks up. I tell her the issue and she says “hold on, let me
Transfer you to the right department.” WTF, I lost it. I was dealing with an endless loop of silence for 30 minutes of my 34 minute phone call. Are Purinas customer service people really that dumb or is it by design that you get the run around so as to force you to hang up. With today’s technology and their huge profits maintaining Covid- 19 pricing I’m on hold for 30 minutes of my 34 minute call. REALLY!!!???

Making our cat(s) sick. Company doesn't want to recall food.
Feed our cats for years. Cat occasionally gets sick and I've narrowed it down to this food. I will be switching away from it. One cat is more sensitive to contaminated food and if the other one who is a glutton wont' eat it also means the food is no good. I will be finding a new food. I temporarily have them on blue but I’m not gambling my cat’s life on major corporations greed. It’s challenging to contact purina to report bad batches. I have done so before in the past and they don’t care. They just want profit. I’m tired of cleaning up cat “presents” and abandoning the food brand that happily fed my cats for the past 6 years or so. I’m switching to a reputable company for my pet’s food. Push comes to shove I’ll learn to make it my self. I won’t let them touch friskis. We had many cats have their lives cut short and I feel it was due to friskis. My mom wouldn’t believe me nor connect the food to their health but after reading through some negative stories she believes me now.
