I have bought numerous household items from OpenSky that were great quality so I naively placed a large order for various clothing items..... what a HUGE mistake!! Firstly, it took 7 weeks for them to arrive one by one (although some of my order is STILL NOT HERE...), but much worse is the APPALLING quality. Absolutely terrible workmanship (I hesitate to even use that word in this context), cheap fabric, bad sizing and the items looked nothing like their pictures. (Some of them were a different pattern altogether!) Unlike Ebay, I had zero assistance from OpenSky "Customer Care" when asking for a refund (and providing photographic proof) .... I have absolutely no recourse, other than to pay the costs for customs and shipping it all back to China (!) and requesting a refund from the original sellers. If I had known the items would be manufactured and shipped from China, I would never have placed the order in the first place.
So BUYERS BEWARE!
Stay far away from OpenSky when looking for clothing!

I just bought 2 pair of overalls and a top they sent me 1 pair of overalls and now my order is nowhere to be found, checked wheres my order and it appears as if I didnt order anything. Cant get help.I have not received my 2nd pair of overalls yet but am working with someone to get them. Please know what your talking about before you reply. Thank you.

One of the absolutely best companies I have ever purchased from. My purchase was destroyed by severe weather nine days after it was erected.

From first contact, and every single step of the way after that, they went above and beyond what was normally called for. The professional customer service I received was second to none.

I am an extremely satisfied customer and would definitely recommend this company.

The company just recently offered to let me return the earrings. I will update again when this works out. They did not acknowledge the poor quality or untruthful advertising.
I bought a pretty pair of “18 k plated white gold hyper allergenic earrings suitable for a lifetime of wear.” They did not last one day. The posts discolored and the ears were swollen and irritated. Customer service replied quickly, stating that since the earrings had been worn they could not be replaced or returned. They did not bother to defend the quality of the earrings. Waste of money. I ordered and paid for three matching pairs of earrings from Open Sky. The supplier (BeverlyHillsSilver.com) only sent ONE pair. I contacted opensky regarding my order being shorted. In fairness their customer service was responsive and said they would follow it up. They then came back to me saying that this company could not provide the other two pairs that had been ordered. Blue Sky was going to refund the difference. I had ordered three of the same because they were for three sisters, so one pair really did me no good. What was infuriating is that two days later I see the exact same pair of earrings still on the website for sale from the exact same supplier who had stated they could not provide the other two pair. Very aggrevating!

Still waiting on an order I placed 10 days ago. It allegedly shipped from California 9 days ago, and had an expected delivery date of 3 days ago. Will I ever receive my order?

Order never came and is stuck in "processing". Customer service is non-existent and does not respond to emails. Should've known better with a sketchy looking website where a "Sale ends in 9 years 8 months 14 days". Not suggesting that it's a scam, but certainly is a poorly run operation.

I ordered pants, they came relatively quickly but they were nothing like what was pictured. I finally got a return label but they tried to tell me that the pictures I sent match the item shown which was genuinely appalling.

I am so pleased with our new rug! I didn’t really know how the quality would be with how great the price is. Great quality, great price and delivered faster than originally predicted.

I ordered my product over 12 days ago. The product was supposed to shipped in 4 days, because it is not a custom product. I received a notification that a shipping label had been created the same day I ordered. I now understand that they create the shipping label immediately, so you are not able to go on the site and cancel the order once you realize you will NEVER receive the product. I received a notification a couple of days ago stating the order has been shipped. I know that is FALSE because, USPS is still stating that a shipping label was created but they have not received the item. I read the reviews for this company after I purchased which was my fault. I should have researched this company before I placed an order. They do not have a customer service phone number, which should tell you how non existent their customer service is. The reply time to their customer service emails is extremely too long and when they do answer they give you the run around. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

I ordered solar lights a month ago. Never received them. Tracking # showed my order was delivered to someone in Kentucky. I live in Wisconsin. I've sent 3 emails & no response! I will have to report this fraud to my credit card company. Do not buy anything from this company! They just steal your money!

OpenSky is nothing more than a scamming warehouse MESS! I ordered (4) women's tops/blouses/t-shirts. I received three of the four. Their company states it delivered my missing item a week ago and was supposedly left in my mail box via USPS. I NEVER RECEIVED IT. Out of the 4, minus 1, I ordered all of them in size "Small". Only one is actually "wearable". One had a sticker on the package stating "S" for small, however, when taking it out of the package, it is actually an EXTRA LARGER - this top is humongous & the color doesn't come anywhere near to what is shown in their ad. Only one top is wearable, I'll donate one of the cute t-shirts to Good Will as the quality of the material and workmanship is absolutely awful. I don't even want it as a dust rag. I was really ripped off - it also costs A LOT to ship it all back. I would never, ever order from OpenSky again - buy beware!!!

14 days ago I placed an order for patio furniture. I contacted customer service several times but was getting neither a delivery date nor even a response to my emails. FedEx tracking gave a delivery date for five days ago, nothing was delivered and now delivery is again shown as pending. Save yourself the hassle and order somewhere else - I know I will in the future.

Update: Company contacted me after I had posted this review, stating they had no record of any of my emails (?) and requested details of my order, which I sent. Now, 48 hours after me providing order information they are letting me know that they don't know where my shipment is, if it will ever be delivered and that they are canceling the order. Half of July wasted and no patio furniture, really wish I had ordered it elsewhere.

I cannot get in touch with customer service about orders placed 2 plus weeks ago. Fed Ex tracking numbers say the have not received the shipment yet. The Opensky site says delivery should have been here July 13th...4 days ago. No response for multiple messages asking about status. Is website even real?

I purchased a 132 lb Kelly circular concrete patio base for an umbrella. Received it in June 2020. When received the box was just ripped open and the FedEx guy indicated he had to retape it as it was a mess. When I opened the box, the stainless steel support pole was delivered dented/bent. I emailed OpenSky.com several times and have not heard to date from them. Wanted to get a return shipping label so I could return it as they indicate on there website. However no response to date. I even emailed the manufacturer, GDF Studios and they did respond and indicated they were sorry that I received a damaged product. However they indicated since I bought their product through OpenSky.com that they had to take the product back me credit my account or send me a new support pole that was damaged. GDF Studios indicated that they are out of the product until approx 7/27/20 and that I would be better off returning the product. So where are you OpenSky.com in sending me a return shipping label and crediting my credit card?

OpenSky has contacted me and sent a return shipping label for the damaged product. Could certainly have been damage during shipment. They have indicated that they are crediting my credit card within 3-5 business days. They are being very responsive!

I ordered a set of Jo Malone scents. They set the wrong set of scents and did not correct the ad so you may order one set and receive another.

That was the very first order, but we were very disappointed when the shipment arrived at our place.
The package and hammock stand was delivered damaged.

However the support of the customer service team was satisfying and helpful. The damaged shipment will be picked up tomorrow.

Unbelievably fast service and loved the handbag. It was high quality and wrapped beautifully. Care was given to each individual handle and the ornamental zipper pulls were very well wrapped to preserve the shape .
