I followed the plan for rebuilding


I followed the plan for rebuilding after a lay off during Covid. Secured card with $200 paid on time steady use and in just under 6 months an unsecured upgrade with no credit. There is a fee but I consider that minimal compared to where my scores are headed. I did not have any issue with customer service. They were polite and patient with my concerns.
