Took my money and never received bracelet.
Emailed numerous times with no response.
6 mths on never received a refund and never had any correspondence from them .
Please don't use .

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY. Paid for good that didn’t arrive and they will ignore any contact. Total scam

I would give 0 is possible. Absolute scam. They will take your money and then have no communication with you and not send your items - they close their email address "due to technical reasons" have a rubbish chat that you cannot talk to and do not reply on Instagram. There is no contact number. I feel totally scammed and will reporting it to Ombudsman and hoping my back can help me get the money back. Avoid at all costs.

These people are thieves they will take your money but not send your order and there is no way of contacting them i have tried since December to re I my order !!!! Scam

I have ordered a bracelet since before Black Friday which was NEVER RECEIVED! Countless attempts to contact, never heard back. Waste of money and energy.

Ordered a set and a separate necklace. Received the wrong necklace and only 1 part of the set. Don’t answer the IMs and it says their email isn’t working so can’t speak to anyone to sort it out. Disgusting thieves!

Ordered 4 items for Christmas gifts in November (2 orders of 2 items) , one item arrived in January, emails/virtual messages ignored time and time again 2 months later I received an email saying 2 items have been dispatched… no surprise they didn't arrive.
Absolute waste of time/money/energy

Ordered an Arabic name necklace on the 5th January, sadly like all other customers they’ve taken my money but failed to deliver anything. Tried calling, emailing and web chat messages but no answers.
Tonight I’ve opened a bank dispute. Company was always a favourite of mine but somethings clearly gone very wrong

AVOID AVOID AVOID - they have taken a lot of money and not sent ot any of my goods. Customer service ignore me. Cant get refund back - dreadful. All these reviews are correct. Do not by they are scamming you

I am writing an updated review. I ordered from this dreadful company in mid November 2023 - a bracelet and a necklace for a birthday that was on the 21st of November. I paid for express delivery. Express delivery, for Opes Robur, apparently means 11 weeks....

This week, I received a poor quality, tangled necklace in a small black pouch, inside a padded envelope with no delivery note or return details. the bracelet has not yet been delivered.

I have asked to be refunded for the bracelet and the delivery charge, but since they never answer their messages I daresay I'll never see that money.

They have no phone number and take up to weeks to reply to you. They ignore refund requests and the jewellery is very poor quality.

Sadly have to agree with the dreadful reviews - ordered previously with no issue - placed an order pre Christmas and only partial delivery with one item that was delivered faulty !! Unable to contact anyone since !! 2 emails saying item will be despatched yet still nothing !!! Something has clearly gone wrong but they continue to trade ????!!!!!!! Do not order !!!

Do Not order from this company. I wish I had seen these reviews beforehand. I ordered a few times in December and no issue. Very happy with what I got. Come January 3, 2024 I placed a larger order of £100 and only received 1 item for £30. The remaining £70 has never arrived. Tried email told wrong address. Use chat. So I used chat. Got one reply saying items on their way will be with you next Friday (that’s today 26/01/24). Nothing arrived. Have been throughout this period in touch on chat and just ignored. Cannot reach anyone. Cannot get a response. They are cheats and scammers. Small team or not their customer service sucks! This morning I began a complaint and dispute with my bank to seek the remaining £70 be refunded!!! Hopefully I can get my money back - SERIOUSLY DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SELLER THEY ARE UNRELIABLE UNRESPONSIVE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NOT SEND YOUR GOODS OR AT LEAST THE LARGEST PORTION OF YOUR ORDER. SCAMMERS!!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Purchased 2 bracelets, one arrived with a missing stone in the setting, the other is out of stock, but they took my money all the same. They have no contact number, no customer service, all links on website are broken therefore you cannot contact anyone!!! Disgusting! Have opened a dispute through my Credit Card company!

Again I've tried contacting you for my refund and again you choose to ignore I will be contacting the fraud department to let them know you are scammers

Made an order in November having bought from them twice before. Only half of the order arrived. I have used the messaging service MANY times since then to absolutely no avail. Appalling customer service. I still without my purchase after 6 weeks.

Just a warning to anybody checking reviews out before you buy, all the terrible reviews are sadly true.
I have bought previously and had no issue however I don’t know what has changed but something has. Haven’t received my last order, can’t contact them directly the automated system does absolutely nothing .
Have now found Lord Jacob Edward Lee Allen and Mr Patrick James McCann are the directors and shareholders so will now try writing to the registered address

What an awful company. Ordered in plenty of time for Xmas, sent 1 item out then nothing !! Have sent msg's on their website as you can't email directly and nothing... took my money and won't refund the missing item. Please don't use this company, take your money then totally ignore you. SCAMMERS

Made an order on 26 November and I'm yet to receive it. Used online chat function three times, got a reply once to say delivery would be made by Monday 11 December, still not received anything. Emailed and had no response. Do not use.

Update: after contacting my bank to claim back my money, I magically received my order the following week. However half of the order was wrong. I received two different bracelets to those on the order.

Would give zero stars if I could. Do not order from these robbing money stealing criminals!!!!! You cannot get In contact with anyone, they steal your money and never send the items. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!
