Where is my order:15533???
Avoid people, I did order on the 24 November and today’s 20 December and no parcel arrived, no ticket and no customer service.
I let my bank know as well about this issue as it’s not fair to scam on people, take their money and just don’t care sending their goods they paid for. Horrible. Avoid all.

I received a faulty item, tried to contact customer service but have had no response.
The support ticket system dosnt work.
The lifetime warranty is useless as you can’t contact anyone to get any help.

Order was supposedly dispatched early December. It has not been received
I have chased the company on 3 occasions and still waiting for a response to my queries
These were Christmas gifts purchased in plenty of time

AVOID, AVOID, AVOID!

Same experience as everyone below. Took money, no product, no communication, no refund.

I ordered from this company a couple years ago and still have the necklace, it’s great. I ordered again for a gift at start of this year and it never arrived but after a lot of bakc and forth I got a refund for that item. So I thought I would try again, as lightning doesn’t streak twice….it does. They are obviously scamming folk for as much money at Christmas before they prob close down and get away without refunding everyone.

AVOID AND DONT LOSE YOUR MONEY! No items and no response to my numerous messages- phone number doesn’t exist and email not in use - audacity to ask me to review my products which have never received. Three Christmas presents now need to be re bought and have to try and recoup my money via bank. Disgusting

No tracking for my order not a word from the after sending several messages, at this point I think it’s a scam and I will be contacting my bank.

I had to give a star to be able to write this but seriously I would give minus 5 if I could.
They took my order, took my money and that’s it!
No tracking number, no communication, no way to contact these thieves.

I've ordered loads of times and always been so happy , but absolutely nothing , I stupidly did the Black Friday offer , it's ok though , I've found their new company on linked in.jahaus.com iam going to be all over reviewing on every platform , iam also taking out a ccj against the owners , "thatjakeallen " is his instagram handle , so if you are reading this you set of thieves , stop setting up new companies and ripping people off before Xmas , you are still emailing offers and can't full fill the ones you have waiting to send , you send our fluffy messages to stop any immediate concern saying there have been issues , when really you are stealing from people at Xmas , you have no phone line and no email , yet you new company is supposedly about how you are so good and running companies and you are expecting people to take advice from you ?

Recent got scammed badly by this company I paid more then £200 for Christmas presents on lots of jewellery it’s been more the 2 weeks no order has come the company won’t answer my email request and won’t refund me either and they are still selling items on there website please don’t buy I just wish to get my money back because I now have to re buy more Christmas presents for everyone

Ordered several weeks ago, took my Money straight away - no notice of any dispatch, links from my order confirmation email don't go anywhere, I've raised a contact request and had no response, no other way of contacting them, so I think this is a scam set up now.

Have bought successfully before (last year), so something has seriously changed. Please don't be tempted, save your money!!

Stupidly didn’t check reviews or their instagram before I ordered. I asked to cancel to which they said yes but I received one item out of 3 and they are not responding. Doubt I’ll receive the rest and the item I did receive is rusty!!

Avoid at alllllllll cost, scammers scammers scammers, ordered a week and a half ago, still no sign of my order, nobody responds to my emails, messages via their web chat and messages via instagram, absolutely disgusting. Don’t know how I didn’t read the reviews before.

Absolutely dreadful Scammy company. Ordered jewellery for birthday, they only sent 2 items and not 3. No contact through the chat function, email doesn’t work, the phone number doesn’t work, they blocked me from Facebook for commenting how bad they are. The 5 star reviews are pretty laughable too… reported to Trading Standards and will be contacting the Guardian and the Mail too. AVOID.

Regarding order number 15372

I placed this order almost two weeks ago. The lead time quoted was three to four days for standard delivery. When I hadn't heard anything from them after a week, I contacted them via their chat function only to be ignored. I contacted them again - twice - and have still heard nothing from them.

Their current Black Friday sale (from which I didn't order, my order was placed weeks ago) seems too good to be true - all items under £20 plus a free £10 gift card. That's probably because it IS too good to be true. They aren't honouring orders placed prior to the sale so the best of British to anyone who's ordered from them in the past few days.

I've been an Opes Robur customer for several years - this is the first time I've encountered an issue and judging by other recent reviews here, this now seems par for the course. I'll be reporting the company to trading standards - taking customers' money and not delivering their goods is the lowest of the low, particularly close to Christmas.

I can't stress enough - avoid Opes Robur like the plague.

Edit: Over three weeks later and still no item and no response to my complaints. I received a despatch email over a week ago but surprise surprise, nothing has arrived.

Appalling.

Nightmare company - people do not receive goods or they are late and mine were awful quality, missed an item, refused to respond to my return. Their phone number is cut off, they dont answer emails and the CEO wont answer messages on FB. Google the address and its just a random house not a business premises. They also put fake reviews on here. Worst on line experience I have ever had.
PLEASE dont be fooled -

Don't order !!!! They take your money and don't send your goods . No customer service response.

Does anyone have a number for customer service as I’ve been opening tickets on their online portal over an order I placed on 5th September, it’s a present for my Aunty and I will need to buy her something else now if it doesn’t turn up, I’ve had no response from the company just a bot saying my order is awaiting fulfilment, I paid on my debit card so don’t know what to do, any advice would be appreciated

Avoid ! I sent an order months ago but like many on here didn’t receive the item so after a few weeks of trying to contact them, as I had used PayPal I put in I had not received my order and got my money back via PayPal.
Two days later I received two emails both addressed to someone else and both saying my order was being shipped incomplete due to item being sold out.
Then this week I received an email asking for the payment for the order ?!?
I replied back to explain the poor service and I didn’t receive the items( and it seems from the emails nor did some other people) only for the email to bounce back saying this email address was not in use !!!!!!! How have they not been shut down by trading standards !!!!!

I was stupidly impulsive and ordered from this company after seeing an Instagram advert. Not long after, I started to search for reviews and was almost instantly horrified with what I read. They remove all comments from their social media accounts and block people. They can't delete all the angry face emojis though. Their Facebook page is VERY telling.
I waited for replies to questions - but heard nothing back. So I pulled out the big guns saying I was going to report them and spread the word that they were scammers. Suddenly I had a reply and my item was sent to me. It looked NOTHING like it did on the advert. I ordered it on the strength of being chunky and large - but when it arrived it hardly fitted around my neck. And lo and behold - the EXACT same necklace I'd been sent was available for £1.29 on Shein!!! They were selling theirs for £39!
I sent it back (recorded delivery) and according to the Royal Mail website - their company doesn't even officially exist. And when I emailed them to say I'd sent it back - I got an email back saying that email address was no longer in use due to ongoing technical difficulties.

have tried to contact Opes Robur since last Friday. My delivery was incorrect silver not gold and was broken - have tried to make contact through socials and chatbot - nothing. AVOID!!
