Necklace is as beautiful as it looks in all the adverts! I’ve not taken it off since I got it and it’s still as good as new.
Love the layered look all in one necklace and had several compliments on it.

I ordered a bracelet from this website with my daughters names on and what a beautiful bracelet it turned out to be. I’ve received so many compliments since putting it on. I love it so much that I haven’t taken it off since it arrived!

So I was emailed after writing a private review for a necklace asking to pop it up on here for exchange for a voucher. In hindsight I should have realised. Anyway. Poor service. It seems like they are going down hill.

They will take your money and run. I had to threaten legal action and all sorts to get my money back. I even got offered a gesture of goodwill? Never ever heard from again. They are able to send out merchandise to celebrities however and have the owner commenting on all their posts - you’d think he be more concerned about how he is robbing hard working peoples money?

Opes Robur have twice told me they have sent my item. I have requested a tracking number 5 times but they refuse to give one, just saying “It’s been sent” This was over a month ago. They are now ignoring all messages or requests for a refund. Reading other reviews it seems they are a complete cowboy outfit Avoid

SCAM!! Ordered item. Over a week and nothing. Then I sent message saying I will go PayPal get my money back if no response! Wow they replied next day saying it’s being collected! So thankfully PayPal has refunded me as I sent them the trust pilot reviews. Oh and still no items they said had been collected, but don’t care now got full money back thanks to PayPal. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Scamming company have my money and I have nothing to show for it. Terrible customer service as well just get ignored. Avoid at all costs!

Ordered 3 lots of earrings and only ever received one set. Contacted over and over again for months and each time I was told it was being looked into/resolved. On one email they even told me the items had since been dispatched, then on the next communication they again said they were looking into it. I paid for items I never received…basically they just stole my money.

This is a scam. They will tell you shipping is due tomorrow when you go chasing your missing order and then outright ignore you. They don’t have anything to sell just a company taking money.

I have placed two orders and not received either of them. They were birthday presents so not happy - as only ordered as it said quick delivery. I have tried to contact them multiple times via the chat and email but not even had a response. No phone number to contact them. Appalling customer service.

I ordered a gift for my daughters birthday 10 days ago and still haven't received it. I have been contacting their customer service dep't via the chat button and on Friday I was told that it would be sent out on a 24hr delivery service. 4 days later and I still haven't received anything.
Now, after repeated messages via their chat, I haven't had any response. No phone number to call, so I'm left wondering if I am ever going to receive my purchase. Terrible customer service!

Ordered a replacement bangle to replace a faulty one - no assistance with the fault so ordered a replacement as it’s very sentimental. Email after a week - delays due to logistical issues but would be sent Royal Mail next day delivery , another week goes by and an email saying despatched. Nothing arrived for a few days then an email from Evri to say damaged in transit so contact the shipper. Had to work out it was this parcel. Sent a copy of certificate to online chat - very apologetic and the nothing since.
Looking at the site - huge sale - and the reviews I wouldn’t be surprised if they were about to cease trading ….? Still no news on my order

Ordered a trio necklace but got a notification from Evri to say my parcel was damaged beyond repair and could not be delivered.
I sent all the screenshots to Customer Service and was told a replacement would be sent out.
After 5 days I messaged asking if it had been sent as I had not received any tracking information. Got no response so I messaged again asking the same question and requesting a refund if it had not been sent as it was a gift and I wasn’t sure it would arrive in time. I then got a response to say it had been sent. I have requested a tracking number 5 times but been ignored. It has not been sent as it would have arrived by now. It doesn’t take 10 days via Evri!
Still no response. Have had to resort to leaving a bad review here (which I will update if I get a response) Cannot leave a negative review on the site as it doesn’t allow it!!!

Terrible - avoid

Jewellery broke after two wears, contacted customer service in various ways, just to swap for a replacement. Eventually got a response weeks later using their live chat option through my emails to say use the returns option online, however by that point it wouldn't allow me to return the jewellery using this function as it had passed the return window. Waiting for further instructions, as they claim to have a lifetime warranty, but not sure how they can provide that service if they aren't willing to communicate?!

Do NOT be fooled by the clearly fake reviews which all coincidentally seem vague. Selling faulty items and poor communication with customers in this day and age is not acceptable, and particularly when I just want a replacement, not even a refund.
