Always ask for the mandate to recover

After 14 weeks awaiting to get answer to my request to provide legal information on the mandate to recover "unpaid bill" and inability for OPHELOS and its sister company INTRUM to provide such details, I had to ask them to delete my personal data, including information shared to third parties. At this stage OPHELOS has restricted the access to my account and I am awaiting the deletion of all information in accordance with the law protecting my personal data.

Great support

Ophelos, were very easy to deal with, great support, I didn't have any issues but they were there if I needed to discuss something with them. Made the arrangement easy and manageable.
