Awful .... I set up a direct debit with this company on their website.
I originally set a figure and needed to change it, so I did..
I did not realise that every time I changed the payment it created a NEW direct debit. It mentioned this nowhere.

So when the day came to collect the DD I had 4 payments come out:
200, 100, 85 & 85.
I was confused as to why £85 had been taken twice, so checked my portal transactions online.

They had only recieved one payment of £85 , so one was missing and in limbo.
After a week of arguing with them through email , them not accepting my bank proof of the transactions and them denying taking that payment i called my bank ..... The bank confirmed both of the payments had in fact been recieved by them... so I opened a dispute.

I also sent them in a form for a refund of one of the £85 once it was rectified ( the money miraculously appeared in the recieved transactions ) That was more than 2 weeks ago and I have still heard NOTHING - i am not shocked by this.

I cancelled my direct debits with this company and I will be paying over the phone with someone's name taken and a ref number.
I do not trust them as I actually have a family to feed on my single wage and its been a nightmare of a struggle this month !

Firstly, I was directed to a person very quickly. Your employee was curtious and understanding and she resolved my problem very very quickly. She as an ACI representative managed to do what the other company couldn't...I am very happy.

Alex was friendly, understanding of my issues and was a great help

Harassment, non stop phone calls .

Lily was very helpful and explained my options really well.

I called to clear my balance and was supported by Gift; she was so patient and made sure she explained everything and that I had received written confirmation before ending the call. Had some difficulties with my bank processing the payment and Gift tried many different options to figure it out successfully! Thank you so much, you are a credit to your team :)

When I talked to Deco,he helped me and did not judge me, great communication and very polite , cheers !

I was a happy wave customer but they closed there business and gave all there accounts to this company,
Since this has happened it has been terrible, constant harassment by text, email and 3 to 4 calls a day, my account is up to date, this is unbelievable I have lodged a complaint so I can go to the ombudsman, I thought harassment rules were imposed on companies like this as they were actually driving people to suicide
