Hi Mark,

We’re sorry, both for the strap and for the wait. Four days without a reply after you sent us a photo isn’t good enough, and you had every right to be frustrated. A strap shouldn’t come loose after six weeks, and we’ve shared your photo with our production team so it gets looked at properly.

We sent you a new replacement bag at no cost, and our records show it was delivered on 29 September. If anything isn’t right with it, please email us at info@optiiforce.com and we’ll take care of it personally.

Thank you for being honest with us, and for giving us the chance to make it right.
