Really wish I had bought this earlier. Was using a different portable bidet before.
The Rinsemate is far superior and effective.
Simple to set up and very simple to use. Appreciate the two power settings.
Couldn't be without it now.

Wall bracket not working, spindle missing. Customer service very friendly and concerned sending new one, still waiting. Unit itself looks good and works really well. Would wholeheartedly recommend. )

The only problem is dispatching so late. Otherwise it really solves the problem. 10 out of 10

I think it's a fantastic product so far. I have concerns about longevity, mainly driven by the hard water that we have in the UK and eventually the head becoming clogged. The replacement would effectively be the whole unit as opposed to just the head due to the pump built into it. I still feel this is the best designed solution as I've tried others. Well done in the execution and packaging it with the water bottle.

I would commend the company for the product and service but the only issue for me is that I couldn’t get the mount to stay in place. It keeps dropping off the wall, the suction doesn’t hold well and I have tried both tiled walls and wooden walls. I’ve also used tapes to hold the suction in place to no avail, so the pump stays on the floor for now sadly.

Although the delivery took some time, it was worth the wait. A really compact and powerful design.

This product is a life saver! I could not fit a bidet in my toilet so this solves all my problems. The pressure is excellent and the size of the bucket is perfect and sits discretely next to my toilet. I couldn’t be more pleased!

Pathetic services , I pay over 100 pounds and they took ages to first dispatch my order and now its delivered to a different adress which I dont have access to , not accepting their fault no compensation for thierown fault.
Even I let them know in advance my correct order.
Now they are asking me to chase the delivery services which is a nightmare.
DONT BUY FROM THEM , THEY ARE GREEDY
